SUMMARY : Kirrah, a waterbending healer from the Northern Water Tribe, finds her life irrevocably changed when a dimensional rift tears her away from her home and throws her into the heart of Earth-199999, specifically the aftermath of the Westview anomaly. Disoriented and confused, with a limited understanding of the world she now inhabits, Kirrah struggles to survive in a place where her bending abilities are viewed with suspicion and fear.
She quickly learns that her arrival has destabilized the dimensional fabric between her world and this one, causing dangerous bleed-throughs: strange creatures and magical energies from the Earth start appearing in her home world, while spirits and elemental imbalances plague Earth.
News of these anomalies reach Doctor Strange, who immediately recognizes the potential threat to the stability of the multiverse. He seeks out Kirrah, initially viewing her as a potential source of the problem. However, he soon realizes that she is just as much a victim of circumstance and possesses a unique understanding of the spiritual energies at play.
ADDITIONAL NOTES : ━ Kirrah was raised in a small, isolated village of the Northern Water Tribe specializing in healing practices. Her parents were renowned healers, and she was expected to follow in their footsteps. However, she also possessed a natural affinity for waterbending and was secretly trained by a retired warrior in defensive techniques.
━ During a rare convergence of spiritual energies — perhaps linked to a celestial alignment in her home world — Kirrah was practicing a complex healing ritual when a rift in reality suddenly opened. Pulled into the rift, she found herself flung across dimensions, landing in the chaotic aftermath of Wanda Maximoff's reality warping in Westview.
━ Kirrah is stoic and reserved, stemming from a harsh upbringing in the Northern Water Tribe. Deeply compassionate and fiercely loyal to her family and tribe. She is burdened by a strong sense of responsibility. Skilled in healing, but hesitant to embrace her potential for combat, as she witnessed the horrors of war firsthand.
━ She becomes hardened and cynical after experiencing the chaos of the multiverse. Kirrah would still possess her core compassion, but it's tempered with a pragmatism born of survival. She develops a dry, sarcastic wit as a coping mechanism. And she struggles with survivor's guilt, feeling responsible for the displacement and potential dangers she brought upon her home world.
━ Kirrah's adpation to Earth will be difficult. The initial culture shock and struggle to understand the Earth's technology and social norms will be hard for her. Overtime, she will develop her bending abilities in the context of the Earth, perhaps finding new applications and techniques.
━ Reluctantly, Strange takes Kirrah under his wing, teaching her to navigate the complexities of Earth and helping her understand the nature of her own powers in this new context. Kirrah, in turn, offers Strange a new perspective on the balance between the physical and spiritual worlds, and helps him to see the human cost of his often-detached approach.
━ Together, they embark on a perilous journey to stabilize the dimensional rifts, facing threats from both Earth (corrupted magic users seeking to exploit the dimensional instability) and her home world (powerful spirits angered by the disruption). As they work together, Kirrah and Strange form a deep bond, learning to trust and rely on each other despite their vastly different backgrounds and personalities.
━ Their journey culminates in a final confrontation at the site of the original rift, where they must find a way to repair the damage and prevent the complete collapse of both worlds. In the process, Kirrah and Strange discover that the rift was not a random occurrence, but the result of a deliberate manipulation by a powerful, unseen force seeking to exploit the energy of both worlds for its own nefarious purposes.
━ They would eventually uncover the identity and motives of the entity that created the dimensional rift. Kirrah and Stephen would confront the entity and its followers in a final battle for the fate of both worlds. They would succeed in sealing the rift. Kirrah doesn't return home, she remains on Earth, and they deal with the long-term consequences of the rift.
━ In addition to all the above, Kirrah struggles with the guilt of not being able to return home, and what it means to not only be in a world she doesn't understand, but to know she may be permanently cut off from her own world. Kirrah also has the trauma of losing her family and friends, not knowing if they survived the war with the Fire Nation.
━ Kirrah would be in No Way Home. (Brief reminder that this movie takes place several months after the Westview anomaly, therefore Kirrah and Stephen will have known each other for months and have developed feelings.) Both her and Stephen are familiar with otherworldly beings, so the arrival of Spider-Man villains from the multiverse isn't all that disorienting for them. Kirrah would come to adore Peter the more time she spends with him, he would probably remind Kirrah of her nephew, Rolak. So, when they're forced to forget Peter with the spell, it'll break her heart.
━ The plot of Multiverse of Madness would most likely give Kirrah hope that she can return home. Sadly, she doesn't. The Illuminati don't allow her to, they see her as an enemy because she has allied herself with Stephen, and you know how they feel about him.
━ Kirrah and Stephen should confess their feelings for each other in Multiverse of Madness. This movie allowed him to get closure with Christine, and he could finally open his heart to Kirrah, who he has liked for months.
━ Following the events of Multiverse of Madness, Kirrah and Stephen would be searching for a way go either re-open the rift or travel to her home world. Kirrah does not wish to return home, she only wants to ensure her home world is safe after what happened with the rift and that her family is okay. They would succeed, and Stephen would get to meet everyone. They later return to Earth, then Clea approaches them as she does in the end-credit scene of Multiverse of Madness.
━ Seeing as we have no idea what the MCU intends on doing with Doctor Strange, there are unfortunately no further plans for this story. Once a new movie comes out with Stephen, we can discuss ideas about what to do with him and Kirrah.
━ You can change the title if you want.
━ You can change Kirrah's face claim if you want. However, please make sure the new face claim is of Native American/Indigenous North American descent, seeing as A:TLA specifically based the tribe she would be apart of on the Inuit culture.
