Chapter 37- Week 9 (Movie Night)

"How do they even know each other! Dean started after Sadie got eliminated." Bethany started to panic.

"Beth, calm down. Let's just go talk to them."

"Hell no!" Bethany fought back.

Derek didn't say another word and simply got up took Bethany's hand, and walked over to Sadie and Dean.

"Sadie! Dean!" Derek called out.

"Derek..." Sadie smiled.. "Hi..."

"What are you guys doing here?"

"Oh... Uh. We're-" Sadie cut Dean off.

"We're on a date." She smirked.

"Oh? How'd you guys meet? I didn't even know you two knew each other."

"Oh just... Mutual friends." Sadie looked at her finger nails in boredom with that resting bitch face.

"ohh..." Derek said as the awkward tension set in.

"Well we better get going. Have fun." Bethany smiled pulling Derek out of the yogurt shop.

"With Dean? Like the new troupe dancer?" Witney exclaimed as Bethany and herself were getting their hair done.

"Yup. Right there... In front of us.. On a date."

"Maybe that's it.. Maybe it was just a date."

"Maybe.." Bethany paused. "But something just didn't feel right."

"Nothing ever feels right around that girl." Witney joked.

"No kidding.." Bethany laughed.

"What are you ladies laughing about?" Derek peeks in.

"Nothing." The girls say in unison.

"Now Bethany... You should never lie to your fiancee."

"Derek... You should never eat the last teddy graham."

"That was one time! Like 2 years ago!" Derek defended.

"Still happened." Bethany shrugged.

"Anyways. Beth, Mark wants to talk to you when your done here. And show times in an hour."

"Alright!" Bethany smiled.

"Sit down B." Mark nudged.

"Mark what's wrong?"

"I have to drop out as a pro for the rest of the season."

"What? But I thought you were getting better."

"I am. Sort of. But if I dance it's too big of a risk."

"Awe Mark!" Bethany pouts and hugs Mark...

Really tightly.

"Ok B.. Still gotta breathe." Mark laughed.

"Sorry.."

"It's ok. Now do me proud and kick some dance butt with Derek. Your partner." Mark winked.

"I'll make you proud." Bethany grinned widely.
