Like a small boat

On the ocean

Sending big waves

Into motion

Like how a single word

Can make a heart open

I might only have one match

But I can make an explosion

And all those things I didn't say

Wrecking balls inside my brain

I will scream them loud tonight

Can you hear my voice this time?

"Moro-"

"Don't call me that!" Adriana spat as she stood up with her scorching eyes staring at him in disgust. Nicolas felt broken and his heard felt stabbed with a very sharp daggers as he stared at her sparkling sapphire eyes held so much distaste.

Nicolas clenched his jaw and his hands. He wanted to explain it to her, but what words will comfort her?

It was true.

He hurt her. They made a bet on her..

What words would sooth that pain he caused her.

"I'm sorry. .." Nicolas painfully said. His heart ache so much as he watch her, looking at her with her impassive face. If she looks so hurt while ago, now it's all very well concealed. Her blank eyes was staring at him and it pained him a lot.

He suddenly felt alarmed and unsure of what to do next.

Addy thought to call a cab when she realized she forgot her purse inside their room. She walks to Nicolas and Nicolas forehead furrowed.

He waited for her palm to land on his face when he felt her hand landed on his pocket.

His forehead furrowed in confusion, then he realized she was after his phone. Addy pulled his phone out and called a cab.

"I'll take you home, moro mou!" Nicolas pleaded and Addy just shot him a blank angry stare. Nicolas bit his tongue.

"Take my purse back home, and I'll sleep in the other room." Addy snapped to him and Nicolas panic.

Even if she's mad he's not going to let her go home in cab. Just as the phone rang, Nicolas snatch it and ended the call harshly. "I'll take you home!" Nicolas stated grimly and Addy snorted.

She held her emotions at bay. He won't let him see that she's hurting inside.

"I can manage myself, Mr. Petropoulis. Have a good night." She responded in her controlled tone, however she struggled to hide her anger. She strode past him, but Nicolas grab her arm in an iron grip. His temper, frustrations, disappointment mixed in one just reached it's edge.

"I'm taking you home!" He repeated with his undertone. His eyes held so much emotions, that she couldn't specify, and at the moment she doesn't care.

When his emotionless tone reached her heart, she shivered. She just soon found herself walking with him with his hand still holding her arm.

"Let go of my arm, Nicolas. You're hurting me!" Addy cried out and Nicolas quickly releases her arm like he was burned after realizing his grip was tight on her arm.
