"Stay here, don't leave." I said as I instructed the cab driver to park in our four car garage. He nodded and I ran into the house unlocking it with the spare key in the grandfather clock.

I ran up to my room and changed my clothes. I grabbed my old prom dress and set it aside. Then I picked out my big sweater, my grey beanie, my black jeans, and my combat boots, put it all on, grabbed my purse, and my credit card, just incase. I doubt it even works, I bet my parents canceled it after I left, but it's worth a shot to bring along. I shoved that into my purse.

Then I brought down my dress and I grabbed a huge bag of chips and two bottles of water from the kitchen. Then I went and dropped all of the stuff off at the cab, and then went back for more food. I grabbed a package of twinkies, and two pre-made sandwiches from the maids. I went back to the car, gave the stuff to the man and turned back around.

"Hello, Colleen?" I called out through the house to the head maid. No one answered, so I assumed that the maids and butlers have also been evacuated.

I ran back outside and hopped in the cab.

"Let's go." I said.

____________

In that few hours of eating, I basically told my whole life story to the man behind the wheel, and in return, he told me his. We split all the food and just talked. I learned that his name is Rickey, he is about 35, he has a wife and two children in a small town near Beldoni.

As soon as the castle came into view, I told him to stop at a mini mall. He nodded and I got out.

"Thank you for everything, what do I owe you?" I asked pulling out my wallet.

"Nothing ma'ma."

"No," I looked over to the gauge. "500 dollars." Counting how long it took I wasn't surprised.

"You don't owe me anything."

"Yes, I do, thank you so much, if you ever need anything- anything at all, just ask." I smiled. Grabbing my dress, I folded it up to fit inside my purse, and leaned over and dropped the 500 that I owe to him in his cup holder before shutting the door and turning around.

I briskly waked down the street, my feet crunching in the fallen snow. All I want is to be home, with my family, and my new family.

I saw many people walking down the streets-patrolling them. I tried to walk past them but they ended up in my way and I turned into a store. I bought myself a chai tea latte, and scurried out of the shop.

There was this one girl on the ground, sitting next to a boy. She looked like a young teen, and had long unkempt hair. She looked poor, and seeing her sign, she didn't want the royal race to end. With her plead, Please help me and my brother, we were convicted from our parent's house and they took the rest of our family. All for believing in hope. Anything helps.

I walked past her and dropped another $100 dollars into her hand.

"Tha- Thank you." She starred at the bill as though it were a unicorn or a magical fairy. I saw recognition in her eyes as she saw my face. I nodded and slowly got up.

"No, thank you."  As I was walking down the cold street, I heard voices. They were very dim to me, but I could still hear them. I turned the corner and there standing there, was a mob of people screaming things. I took me a second but then I realized that those screams, were consisted of, "Long live the royals." And our names. There was this one girl, at the front of the crowd, she was egging on the people, making them chant louder.

"Stop!" I heard someone on the police side scream, yet the crowd seemed to get louder, if that was even a possibility. Then a shot rang out. I saw the girl in front collapse, her hair falling over her face in perfect layers as she laid there. Dead.

"Nooooo!! Stop!" I vaguely heard myself scream before I ran over to a boy who looked strong and tough, "Get them out of here!" I yelled to him, my hands clutching his shoulders.

"W-what?"

"I said get them out, gather everyone, tell them to leave- to-to hide, something. Just get them away from all this destruction." a hot tear dripped down my face, "It's not worth it. We aren't worth it..."

And without another word I turned and ra, as fast as I could away from there. All I could think of as I ran was my people getting murdered because they supported us. The Warren family needs to be stopped, one way or another.
