Elmer decides to be Jack for Halloween, simply so that he can imitate him all night
Race convinces Spot to do his idea for a costume, so Race dresses up as a king and he puts Spot in a queens dress and heels (Spot never quite forgives him for that one)
Jack and Crutchie dress up as Batman and Robin
Mush and Katherine dress up as Snow White and Prince Charming (no romance involved that night, Batman had his eye on Charming) and they make Les be a dwarf (the other six were M.I.A.)
Romeo, Finch and Davey dress up as a fork, knife and spoon
Specs completely forgets about a costume until the last minute and tells everyone he's a giant looking for a little old lady who stole his shoe to house her kids
They all trick or treat and when they get back home they eat literally all their candy (or at least the candy that Crutchie didn't give away to the trick or treaters at the door) but they still have quite a lot and are happy with their stash until they all wake up in the morning with sugar hangovers
