Leo's POV

So we beated Medusa, Echidna, the Chimera, the Nemean Lion, and the Hydra in just 2 days. All I can say is that we were awesome. No big deal.

Frances was a natural fighter. It seems that Romans are really good, no offense to us Greeks.

Anyway, using the mortal money we had, we took the bus to West Hollywood, where Crusty's Water Bed Palace was. It was 2:00 in the afternoon, time flies when you're tired.

All of them were asleep, except Dianne who I can see has tears in her eyes, looking out the window.

I can't help but be concerned so I approached her.

"What's the problem?" I asked in a funny accent.

Dianne quickly wiped away her tears.

"No - uh - nothing's the problem. Just caught something in my eye," she quickly answered, facing away from me.

"Come on Diamond, I caught you crying," I said, calling her by the nickname I gave her. "Trust me and tell me why."

"I can't," she says.

"Pwetty Pwease!" I said in a baby voice. "Pwease tewl me! I won't tewl anyone. Do this for me, Weo!"

"Haha, okay then," said Dianne. "I was crying because I was thinking of home, where Mom is. I miss her and I don't know how she'd react if she found out I'm fighting monsters in a quest with a crush of mine." She stopped shortly, after she realizes what she said.

"I said too much didn't I?" she asked me.

I nodded. "Yeah you did," I said in a laughing tone. "Now, who's your crush?" I asked her even though I know who she meant.

"Um - it's a secret," she said trying to avoid my gaze.

"Come on, Dianne, please tell me!" I said.

"But promise not to tell anyone and not to change what you think of me," she told me, looking at me straight in the eye.

I nodded.

"You," she said, which honestly doesn't surprise me since I already knew. "I have a crush on you."

"Oh," is the only thing that escaped my mouth. "I knew that." I crossed my arms and put on a smug face that I usually put on when I need to boost my ego.

"Really?" asked Dianne in a tone that said 'I don't believe you.'

"It's true!" I told her, truthfully. "And that doesn't change the way I look at you," I told her untruthfully.

"Good," she said. "I'll go to sleep now."

"Fine," I said. "Sweet dreams!"

She smiled for a second and closed her eyes. Soon she was asleep.

And soon, I found myself asleep too.

Frances' POV

Someone once told me it was normal for a demigod to have dreams and nightmares. All I can say is, the nightmare found its way towards me.

Yes, I had a nightmare. It happened when I was asleep in the bus. And might I just say, it certainly was a LONG nightmare.

There was a brown-haired man, he seemed like a teenager, who seemed tired and distraught from running.

"At last, I've escaped from danger of punishment for a crime we didn't even think about doing," he panted. "My brother, now, we're unpurified."

Suddenly, an older man who looked a little like the first one, came up shortly, also running. "What have we done, Peleus? We were just hunting and then, I don't know, Phocus, just died!"

"It's okay Telamon," said the first man, who appeared to be Peleus. "Now, we've escaped punishment."

"So what are we going to do now?" asked Telamon.

"Now that we're in Salamis-," began Peleus.

"Welcome travelers, to the kingdom of Salamis," said an old man. "I am King Cychreus, and this is my daughter Periboea."

A beautiful girl with long curly dark hair appeared by King Cychreus' side.

Telamon's eyes grew wide and I'm pretty sure it was love at first sight.

Then the dream shifted.

Telamon and Periboea got married, Peleus said goodbye and went off. He travelled until he got to a place named Phthia.

There, he met a centaur with short brown hair.

"Tidings, traveller, what brings you here to my kingdom?" said the centaur. "I am Eurytion, king of Phthia. What do you seek?"

"I seek to be purified of my sin of accidentally killing my half-brother Phocus," stated Peleus, bowing down.

"You shall get what you want," said Eurytion. He then placed his hand over Peleus' head and uttered a few words. Peleus then stood up and thanked the king.

The dream shifted again.

"I want you to be the husband of my daughter, Antigone," said Eurytion, who I can see has grown older. Beside him was a girl with curly brown hair who wore a yellow dress and a blue sash.

"It's fine with me as long as it's fine with her," said Peleus.

Antigone whispered something in Eurytion's ear.

"She humbly accepts the honor," said Eurytion with a smile.

And for the third time in a row, the dream shifted.

Eurytion and Peleus were together fighting a big hairy brown boar.

"Peleus strike it from it's back as I distract it," shouted Eurytion.

Peleus then unsheathed a sword, my current sword to be exact. It appears that the Peleus here is the same Peleus who owned my sword before.

Peleus did as told, when Eurytion was distracting the boar, which I later recognized as the Calydonian Boar in Greek Mythology, Peleus climbed the boar's back, and when he was about to stab the boar, the boar shook itself which made Peleus accidentally throw his sword ....... towards Eurytion.

And the rest was history. For a while, everything in my dream turned black, but what was scary was that there were voices whispering.

"Peleus' sword... Killed me... Revenge..."

And with that, I woke up.
