Imagine: trying to get Sam's attention as he's working on a case
"Sammy." You whispered lightly into his ear, not getting an answer. With a sigh you poked him in the side, resulting in him twitching. "I know you can hear me Sammy." You sang as you continued poking him.
"Y/n, I've got to finish this." He sighed out, not looking away from his lap top. You rolled your eyes and sat on his lap, wrapping your arms around his neck. "Y/n what are you-" he didn't get to finish as you placed your soft lips onto his in a loving manner.
"Baby, you've been working on the case for hours." You murmured into his ear once you parted. "Just take a break, Sammy. After you get some sleep you can go back to the case, okay?"
"Okay..." He stated back, unsure. You smiled slightly and crossed your e/c eyes. Sam chuckled and did the same making you laugh. "What do you want to do?" He asked.
"I want to sit in bed and snuggle." You stated matter-of-factly. He smiled mischievously, a look of confusion appearing on your face. You're then whipped up making you scream, but you're still safe in your boyfriend's arms.
"Why did you do that Sammy!" You scolded him and slapped him lightly on the chest. He looked at you and pecked your nose.
"Because I wanted to." He then kissed you softly but passionately. You smiled into the kiss, grabbing onto his hair and pulling lightly.
"Godammit I love you y/n." He whispered against your lips, his barely grazing against you as he spoke.
"I love you too Sammy, forever and always." You replied back somewhat dreamily.
"Forever and always."
