Song of choice: Make Me Wanna Die- The Pretty Reckless

Imagine: you get bitten by a werewolf.

You squeezed your eyes shut tightly, clenching your hands into fists against the scratchy sheets of your motel bed. A whimper escaped your lips as your eyes snapped open and you rushed up, grabbing your knife and pointing it at the door. In your dreams, Metatron had entered your room and was about to attack you, but in real life, he wasn't there.

You sighed and shakily got out of bed, trying to stay quiet so you wouldn't wake up Sam. You searched for your unzipped duffle bag, finally finding it so you could take out your earphones. A walk would calm your mind.

"Where are you going, sweetheart?" A voice behind you queried tiredly, causing you to jump from the unexpected noise and put your knife up. Sam raised his hands to signal he was no harm as you hesitantly put down the knife with a jittery exhale. "Nightmare?" You nodded and clutched your earphones into your hand as Sam stood up and embraced you. "Where are you going?" He repeated.

"I'm going for a walk." You stated, closing your eyes as you let him shield you with his embrace. He nodded and placed a kiss against your hair before turning you around.

"Would you like me to come with you?" Sam questioned, tracing circles into your bare skin. You shook your head and stepped out of his arms, picking up your blue hoodie from the floor.

"No thank you, I just want to be alone for a bit." He nodded with a look of concern before going back to bed.

"Be careful, alright?" You nodded as you zipped up your hoodie and left the motel room, taking a deep breath of the fresh air that enveloped you once you were fully outside. With a sigh, you pushed your earbuds into your ears and pressed play, your favorite song resonating through your ears as you started walking to who knows where.

Every once in a while you would glance behind each shoulder, look left and right, before focusing back on the scenery in front of you. You couldn't help but stare up at the stars and stop, closing your eyes as you let the wind sift through your hair and cover your skin with goosebumps. Once you heard a branch snap, you opened your eyes and took out an earbud.

You observed your surroundings, discreetly taking out your silver knife. When you were sure you were safe, you turned back around to continue on to where you were walking. However, your path was blocked by a man in a black hoodie that covered his face in a pit of black. Your eyes widened as you switched to a fighting stance and flipped the knife so you could easily stab him.

He growled and charged at you, barely scratching your arm as you twirled out of the way. You took a step forward and tried to slice him with the knife, but he caught a hold of your wrist and nearly broke it, causing you to drop your knife. You yelped and let him crumble you to the ground, him holding your arms behind your back. Struggling did nothing as he showed his pointed teeth and shoved them into your shoulder, muffling your screams with a half-human, half-wolf hand.

You cried out and stopped trying to wiggle out of his hold as the pain became too much. He clenched his mouth once more around your shoulder before you blacked out and he ran back into the bushes he had appeared from.

Your breathing was ragged, your skin felt like burning flames, and your eyes wouldn't focus. A whimper left your mouth as you tried to stand up, but was too weak to fully support your weight. You touched a hand to your shoulder and hissed as pain blossomed through it and a liquid covered your fingers. When you pulled your hand back, your eyes widened and took in the blood with a surprising sense of smell and vision. You turned your eyes up to the sky and saw the sun bright and open, unlike the dark and mysterious moon you had seen only what seemed to be seconds ago.
