                                                ARIANA'S POV

I couldn't help but smile at him, he looked so happy as he dug into his breakfast I made for him, we were currently sited on the dinning table having breakfast i've made earlier this morning.

"You're not only beautiful, but a very cook." I blushed deeply, okay,  I'm so not used to this compliment from guys, especially 'my' boyfriend, Yes! You had that right, it happened so fast he asked to be his girlfriend, and I gave it a go.

"Why, thanks." I smiled.

"It's already 9:30," I looked at my wrist watch, "The Victoria ruff, wants to meet with you." I stood from my tables as i carried my almost empty plate to the kitchen, which wasn't far from the dinning table. Him doing the same we walked out if his house.

One of the guards was about the door but stopped abruptly when Xavier held up his hand. Xavier walked over to the car as he opened the front door for me. Well, what a gentle man. I smiled at him as i entered the car. He then signaled one of his guards as they walked away, He then walked over to the drivers seat.

He started the engine as he drove out the drive way as another car followed us, maybe it's his bodyguard. I let out a breath  I didn't know I was holding.

I could feel my heart beating fast, well it's the first time since he drove me, well apart from his driver. "Can you see the Eifell?" He drove nearby.

"It's beautiful." I exclaimed, I've always dreamed of seeing the Eifell tower, heck it was number one on my wishing list. Oh God imagine having a date in Eifell tower, that's a dream coming true.

"Not as beautiful as you," I could feel my cheeks burning red, I was absolutely blushing like crazy right now. This is kinda of romant-

"You wouldn't want to catch flies," He chuckled. Damn you ruined my moment. I couldn't help but smile at him, or my idiotness, my mind should probably know how not to make new English words.

Sinking back on the seat, I couldn't help but think about my mom, She'd always tell me how beautiful Paris is, She'd say that's where my heart is, I couldn't get out her words they seemed like riddles but I'd brush them away, maybe it's because how she'd thought it's romantic as it's love stories.

I hope she wakes up soon, I've missed her smile, talks, Gosh everything.

I sighed, "Is something wrong?" Xavier brought me back from my train of thoughts.

I abruptly changed my scowl into a smile, "Nothing."

It didn't take long till we reached the Victoria ruff company, the building was rather big but not big as the kings, I took a deep breath as I walked down the company Xavier by my side, well there was a strange feeling about the company, I brushed it off.

The girls in the company wore latest clothes, well that happens if they are working on the largest fashionable designs around Paris, clothes designs were displayed on the beautiful shaped mannequins, Everything looked expensive, i could work a ten years to buy just a dress, it's was only known for high society or celebrities they would shop there.

Everything looked perfect, wow! Just wow!

"Bonjour je suis Anastasia, l'assistant de Victoria s'il vous plaît suivez-moi." (Meaning: Hello, I'm Anastasia, Victoria's assistant. Please follow me.) A young woman walked to us.

We took the elevator to the 15 floor, even the elevator was design with cute frames. I couldn't help but admire the whole company, well she really has the best taste in fashion.

We walked behind the Anstasia woman as she lead us to a large meeting room which was as large as King's meeting room.

"S'il vous plait, asseyez vous." She then left the room.

We didn't wait long till a middle aged woman walked through the door, She welcomed as with a heartwarming smile.

"Xavier, Long time no see." She grinned as she gave  Xavier a motherly hug. "What a big man you've grown into."

"Well thanks Mrs. Thompson, You look beautiful too." He complimented her. Well she was middle aged but looked very young from her kind of talking. She was dressed in probably one of their fashioned dresses.

"Mmh.." I cleared my throat.

"Who's the young lady you've brought?" She smiled at him as she stepped infront of me. She gave me a weird look, but soon exchanged her expression to normal as she let out a nervous laughter.

"She's my assitant Ariana perks," I smiled politely, "Ari- Ms Ariana this is Heidi Thompson, the personal assistant and Ms. Victoria's childhood-bestfriend." I kinda felt disappointed he only told her am his assitant, was he embarrassed of me? I brushed away the felling maybe he wanted this to be just a place of work. URGH! Just stop thinking of stupid things and consetrate.

I greeted her hands, she smiled at me. "Oh please, I'm sorry, take a seat," She gestured us to the meeting table.

"Xavier I'm sorry but Victoria can't attend the meeting today, she has an emergency call ealier," Mrs. Thompson apologised.

"I hope everything is okay," Xavier spoke, looking concerned.

"Hopefully." With that the meeting begun..

It was kind of weird how Heidi would stared at me everytime I'd caught her staring at me, I almost felt uncomfortable under her gaze, The whole meeting made me feel uneasy. She looked like she'd seen a ghost, like she couldn't believe her eyes. I felt relief when the meeting ended. Xavier didn't notice the whole staring thing he was busy talking with the other stuff clients.

We finally drove home back at night after they invited us for lunch and dinner, Xavier was very polite agreeing on the invitation, He said it was something they didn't everytime they meet.

I changed into pijamas as i dropped down down to bed. I reached for my phone switching it on only to be filled up with notifications. From Jemena, and the hospital?

Weird they never called on my cell phone, my heart beat fast, Hope everything is okay. Hope she's okay.

My breath hitched up as I called the hospital..
