제 18 장

Jin's POV

While MinJoo is changing, my phone rang as I look at the Caller ID, HaeSeol is calling. I excused myself and exit the aquaditorium and answer the phone call, "Yeoboseyo?"

"Oppa! Where are you? I can't find you in your dorm today." I can feel she's pouting but.. never mind.

"I'm outside. What's the matter?" I shove my hand to my pocket and the other hand holding the phone. "Can we meet now oppa? I want to celebrate something with you!" She squealed as I rolled my eyes, she's starting to be annoying after I date her, maybe it's time to clean the mess I did before and turn everything back together. She might have someone who will truly love her, not like me.

"Okay then, where?" I asked.

"The restaurant where we first met."

I let out a deep breath and agreed with her, it's better to go somewhere less people so no fans or someone will listen the conversation between the two of us. I got back inside and there's MinJoo and Jinshi talking selcas. "Oppa!" MinJoo run towards me and pull my hand to take a photo with them.

"HaeSeol called right?" She asked, I nodded.

"Go then, I'll take care of MinJoo and will send her home later after we finish the fun." She smiled as Minjoo jumped to let us have eyes on her. "We're going to have fun without you oppa~" she joked while I ruffled her and pull her cheeks, "Seems like you won't be missing me." I faked a cry while she pout, apologizing.

I chuckled and told her that I was just teasing her before I leave then to where HaeSeol and I going to meet.

Where the first place we meet and where the place we'll end everything.

I said right at the corner, tapping my fingers on the table accordingly to the hums I'm humming. "Mianhae oppa! The traffic is kind of jam." HaeSeol got in with sunglasses and she has got herself dressed like a rich girl. I look at how she dressed from top to the bottom then back to her hair. "How do I look?" She smiled, spinning round to let me see how she dress.

"Haeseol?" I called "Ne oppa?" She asked while taking the seat opposite and start flipping the pages of menu. "What do you want to eat oppa?" She asked then called the waiter over as she start ordering the food she likes to.

She then waved her hand right in front of me and I grabbed her hand, I look at the waiter, "That's all." I said as he give me a confused look before leaving to pass the order. "Anything bothers you oppa?" She asked again. I let out a deep breath and pull a smile, "Haeseolㅡ"

"Guess what am I going to tell you?" HaeSeol cut me in with a happy and bright smile. I sighed, "HaeSeol let's end here." I bit my bottoms lips as her lips parted, watching me like I'm a weirdo.

"Oppa, it's not April Fool yet." She chuckled awkwardly, trying to avoid things that I've said. "Haeseol, i mean it. Let's end here, good for you and good for me." I said, standing up from my seat and ready to leave the shop. Before I do, he grabbed my wrist tight, "Eat. At least."

When the food was served on the table by the happy waitress but with our weird atmosphere around our table, she left awkwardly after serving. Haeseol took her chopstick and stir her noodles and make sure everything is in balance. "Am I not good enough?" She asked. "Suitable for the man who awaits you, not me." I answered, placing a grilled meat into my mouth and some rice along.

It became awkward between us but it's normal for every broke up couple. "Is it because of Jinshi?" She asked again. I nodded, "I realize I never forgotten about her and the feelings." This time she eat her food with large portion as she orders another set after her food is finished. I placed some money on the table that to pay for the meal, "Pay it all after you're done eating. I'm leaving. Bye." I said with a weak smile and left the restaurant.

Outside the restaurant, I picked up my phone and dial Jinshi's phone number, "Yeoboseyo?"

"Where are you now?"

"The amusement park near the national zoo. Why?"

"Stay there. Wait for me." I hung up after my words and entered my car as I drive as fast as I could to meet them so they wouldn't need to wait for so long. As I reached there, MinJoo is sitting on a bench while eating her ice cream. "Oppa!" MinJoo jumped down from the bench and run towards me then hugged my leg.

"MinJoo, finish your ice cream first." I chuckled awkwardly. She pulled back after a nod and finish her ice cream, I looked around then found Jinshi is walking towards here while talking to her phone. "Okay, I understood." She stops right in front of me then ended the call with a goodbye. "Work?" I asked, she heaved out a deep breath,

"Sort of. I'm going back to work in my father's office so probably." She answered then look at me, "How about you and Haeseol? You don't look good." She stated as I plastered a weak smile on my face, "We're over as we should be."

Two days later..

"Jin sunbae?" Someone called from the back as I turned around and found the trainees are standing behind me. "Yea?" I asked as they looked worried and some heaved out hopeless breath. "Did you see Haeseol?" One of the girls asked as I shook my head. "I haven't seen here recently. Why?"

"She disappeared. We can't reach her calls, she didn't reply our messages and even her social medias aren't responding." The another girl explained as I pulled out my phone and start dialing her phone number.

"The number you called is not in service. Please try again later." I look at the girls, "When was the last time you saw her?" I asked as they look at each other. "Two days ago, at night when she's in the dorm watching movie while eating popcorns with us." One of them answered as I shrugged my shoulder, "I may be her ex now but she never told me about her family so I don't know where she'll be. I'm sorry but I'll try to find her."

"It's no use! Our debut falls in next month as the teasers are already published. PD-nim said if she doesn't turn up in the next 2 days, we'll debut without her." One of them sighed heavily and turn away, "Let's just.. forget about her. How irresponsible leader." she walked away meanwhile the others sighed and followed her.

Is it my fault that she's missing now?

Yoo!! Finalley I update huehue! It's like 5 months ago since my last update. So I've been thinking about something fun to doㅡ so if you have a theory of your own for this story, comment below xD i might wanna see and maybe tell you the percentage that you got correct of the theory? ;)
