So, this chapter will be about Citrine's backstory and how it fits into Pearl's.
Two thousand years prior to the story, Citrine fell in love with Rhodonite, a beautiful gem that I'll tell you more about later. Pearl, Citrine, and Rhodonite were captured by Homeworld gems. The Homeworld gems were planning to kill each of them one by one, while the others watched. Pearl had a plan to escape, but didn't finish it until Rhodonite's gem was broken. Citrine was later captured, after they were free for a while. Pearl managed to escape them once again. Pearl heard them say something about Citrine being used for experiments, which is why she wasn't surprised when Citrine appeared. Okay, I think that clears up everything! There you go! I didn't feel like writing a proper chapter so this is what you get.
I might not update over the next few days since I'm going to Milwaukee to see P!ATD, JR JR, another band I can't remember the name of, and Frank Turner at a little festival-y thing.
