After what happend last night Peridot just want time to think about how is she going to talk to Amethyst but Amethyst is one step in front of her. ____________________________________________________________________________________
Peridot P.o.v
"Uh what happened last night"
"You got intoxicated"
"Pearl"
"You came back making a lot of noise
"......"
"Then you asked Amethyst for a kiss"
"What" I said as I finally opened my eyes
"Ahh...That hurts"
"That feeling is called a hangover"
I closed my eyes to avoid the pain then I felt a pair of cool hands on my gem. My eyes shot open to see what was happening and saw Pearl with her hands on my gem. I blushed deep green because one she made contact with my gem and two because it feels so weird.
"This should ease the pain"
"Is there something to completely end the pain"
"If I clean your gem"
"Can you assist me please"
Pearl summoned a towel with some soap out her gem then went to the sink to wet the towel and put soap on it. I sat on the couch with my eyes still closed and I thought.
"Why on Homeworld would I do that"
"I'm such an idiot"
"She won't be my friend anymore"
"I can't do anything right"
"I can't do my job right and now I am going to lose the only gem I care about"
"How am I going to talk to her now"
"I need more time"
"She'll never talk to me again"
Hot tears began to stream out my eyes and I couldn't stop them.
"Peridot...are you okay" Pearl said
"I'm afraid"
"Why"
"I might lose Amethyst"
"No you won't"
"I kissed her and I doubt she gave me permission"
Pearl applied the towel to my gem and minutes later my gem felt great.
"Thank you..Pearl"
She didn't say anything but just smiled. The purple gem on the door glowed and I panicked because I knew that Amethyst was coming out.
"Pearl don't tell Amethyst that I am here"
I jumped in the cabinet and closed it.

I walked out my room and Pearl was sitting on the couch casually, too causally.
"Hey P"
"Oh hey Amethyst"
"So um I'm going to the Big D want anything"
"Amethyst you know I don't eat"
"Just a nice gesture"
"Thank you though"
I walked outside but I didn't walk to the big donut because Pearl was looking too causal which is awfully weird of her, she is usually cleaning or drinking tea. I shape shifted into a bird and sat on the window seal.
"Peridot, she is gone now"
Peridot climbed out the cabinet then sat back down on the couch.
"Do you think she has the same feelings" Peridot said
"I don't know" Pearl said
"Amethyst is so unique and beautiful" She finished beginning to blush
"Do you think I should ask her"
"I don't know..It is a dangerous step"
I got tired of listening and flew into the house while making sure to shape shift back into my normal self of course.
"AMETHYST" Peridot said
"Were you listening the whole time" Pearl said

Amethyst walked up to Pearl.
"Yes and I didn't know you thought I was beautiful"
"Well.." Pearl trailed off
"And for you"
Amethyst pointed at me and my heart began to beat faster than it ever did. She walked closer to me and planted a long kiss on my lips. I wimpered as she released.
"You should of let me make the first move if you wanted more, dude"
"I'll......make sure......to add that.....to my files" I stuttered
