Rest is good.

Take a self-prescribed vacation (physically, mentally, or emotion) every once in a while. Just go outside and sit and watch the trees and the grass and the bees. The sand, the water, the wind. Pay special attention to nature.

Capture that moment, that feeling of nonchalant anti-stress, that complete freedom: capture it and trap it in a jar. Put that jar on a shelf in your memory, and every now and then...go back and look at the fireflies of life flitting around.
