Waiting for the constant fighting that seems to plague my family to stop is hard.
Waiting for my life to feel easier and not feel overwhelmed is hard.
Waiting for myself to actually care is hard.
Waiting for things to get better.
Waiting for things to get worse.
Waiting in general is hard.
But the thing is, sometimes you just wait. You don't know why and your heart beats faster in anticipation with all the what if scenarios your mind keeps coming up with. You just wait and sometimes you screw things up because you waited.
Or you act rashly and screw things that way. Either way, life is a waiting game that doesn't like waiting.
