Countdown to the wedding: 0 days
I looked in the mirror. "Wow... I can't believe it. This dress is stunning. I look like the princess my mother wanted me to be." I sniffled a little. "Oh dearie, don't cry. You'll mess up your makeup that I worked so hard on creating." Said Ellyna worriedly. "Oh sorry Ellyna." I quickly wiped under my eyes.
Ellyna was one of the many maids and caretakers we had around the palace. She helped raise me. She was very helpful.
"Ellyna, how do I look?" I asked. "Like the most beautiful princess ever. Killian is a lucky guy." I smiled and gave Ellyna a hug. "Thank you so much Ellyna. Today's the day I marry my true love." She nodded. "That sounds amazing my dear. Now go. They're waiting for you at the alter." I nodded and walked out to the carriage.
We arrived at the wedding venue and I stepped out of the carriage as music played all around me. I saw Hook standing at the alter, eyes fixed on me. I blushed and looked at the ground as my father rushed over to me. "My darling, you look beautiful. I'm so happy for you!" He burst. "Why thank you Father. That is quite nice of you to say." And with that he took my arm in his and led me down the aisle.
I stepped up onto the alter and looked at Hook. "Bethany, you look, stunning." I smiled. "Thank you Killian. You look very handsome. You really do clean up well." I teased, trying to lighten the mood. He took my hand and kissed it softly. "Why thank you." I rolled my eyes but I couldn't wipe the goofy grin off my face.
Suddenly, the priest stepped forwards and we went through the ceremony. It soon came close to the end. "Does anyone object to the bonding of these two? If so, please speak up or forever hold your peace." Spoke the priest. Silence. Suddenly I heard rustling and a chair push back. "I object!" Came a voice from the crowd. I almost burst into tears as everyone in the area turned to look at the figure who spoke up.
