Chapter 25

Killian's POV

Its been a few weeks since the dinner with my father and things have been going okay between my dad and I.

"So you and your dad are okay now thats great." David says.

"Yeah it is. Oh and your going to love being a father." Robin says.

"Thanks guys. Im just nervous because Emma had invited her parents over." I tell them.

"Well good luck." David says.

After work I went home and Emma was standing outside the apartment.

"Hey Love. What are you doing out here?" I ask her.

"My mom and dad are in there." She says.

"Well why are you out here?" I ask again.

"I was waiting for you." She says.

"No, why? The truth Emma." I say.

"Okay. We should go to Belle's get Henry and not come back." She says.

"You really dont like them?" I ask.

"Its not that its just. What if they dont like you." She says.

"Emma if they dont will it change how you feel about me?" I ask her.

"No. Of course not." She says.

"Well then lets say hi." I say to her.

When I walked inside they both looked at me in a strange way.

"Mom, Dad, this is Killian. Killian these are my parents." Emma says to me.

"Pleasure." I say.

"Im Ingrid and its so nice to meet you." She says.

"Well thank you." I say.

"Harold, dont be rude." She says.

"Right Harold Swan, I dont like you yet." He says.

"Okay Killian and I will be right back." Emma says pulling me into the room.

"Swan, whats the matter now?" I ask her.

"He doesnt like you." She says.

"Okay you need to calm down and remember all that really matters is that we are in love." I tell her.

"I know." She says.

We walked back out and they were just sitting there.

"Okay Killian we know Emma is pregnant and you better not be like that loser Neal." Harold says to me.

"How did you know I was pregnant?" Emma asks.

"The only time we meet your boyfriends is when your pregnant and this is the second time and second guy." Harold says.

"Harold be nice." Ingrid says.

"Look, Emma is wonderful and to me she is prefect. I love her very much. Oh and Henry he is fantastic. I wouldnt dream of leaving Emma, Henry, or the baby." I tell him.

"Wow. Thats was so beautiful." Ingrid says.

"I like you. You spoke from the heart and thats amazing. I guess Emma did a good job after all." Harold says.

"Let me guess. She told you my name and you looked things up?" I ask.

"Oh yeah I did that and I gotta say I like how you maned up and give child support to a kid that isnt yours." Harold says.

"Yeah even though my brother hates me now that he knows it was the right thing to do for the child." I say.

"Okay well then why dont you have your brother do it now that he knows?" Harold asks.

"Because I want it to be his choice." I say.

"Now I have one more question for Emma. Why dont you take Neal off of Henry's things?" Harold asks her.

"Neal is Henry's father." Emma says.

"Really? Is he really?" Harold asks.

"Harold enough. Emma dont listen to him." Ingrid says.

"Neal want to harm Henry and me. I dont know what to do." Emma says tearing up.

"Okay look. We all know Neal sucks. He is terrible and not there for Henry. Emma I think you should drop Neal fro yours and Henry's lives permanently. He wont be there fine, but Im here for both of you and you know that." I tell her.

"I love you." Emma says to me.

I just pull her into a hug.

"Well this has been lovely. It was nice meeting you Killian. Goodbye Emma my sweet." Ingrid says.

"If Neal tries to hurt them. Kill him." Harold says.

"I guess I could. If he tries." I say.

"Cool and if he does I'll get you out of jail. I know lots of people." Harold says.

They left and Emma just looked at me.

"I told you." I say to her.

"I know. Now please promise your not killing anyone." She says.

"I wont kill him. Even though I really want to." I say.

"I love you Killian." She says.

"I love you too Emma." I say and kiss her.
