Chapter Six

The album is finally finished. After three months of recording and the album was ready to hit the self. It was actually done on my twentieth birthday, which was a wonderful day. Today is just the album release party. My parents, brother, Mike and Stella, Sarah and Danny and much more were coming. Stella and Mike stayed longer than they needed to be. Turns out the Stella was four months pregnant and tried to hide it from me. I have a small feeling that she's having a little boy.

            I took my hair out of the curlers. There's this new hair style called the feather look and it's divine. I heard a knock on the door. I walked to the door which relived Stella. She had a big grin on her face and a hand behind her back. 

            "So I have some great news to tell you" she spoke with excitement.

            "Well go on tell me."

            "IM GETTING MARRIED!" she said while whipping out her hand that had a beautiful diamond ring.

            "Stella...congrats. I'm so happy for the two of you such a gorgeous ring."

            "Thank you thank you." She smiled at her finger. "Mike was so cute about it. Early in the morning he woke me up and took me down to St. James Park. We walked all around the park while watching the sunrise. He kept talking saying how much he loves me and how I'm going to be a great mother and how beautiful I am. All that lovely stuff."

            "Continue." I told her making her sure I was listening as I did my makeup.

            "We got to the front gate after walking for like two hours he stops. I obviously thought he was still with me but when I turned my head to tell him something but he wasn't there. I looked behind me and there he was, one knee on the ground with a box in his hand. I let out a gasp and started to and well the rest is history."

            "Aw I'm so happy for you two. I know you guys are going to be together for ever and I wish you two a happy long marriage"

            "I hope so." She smiled looking at her ring, "Oh I have a question well two to ask you."

            I stopped doing what I doing and turned to her, "Yeah."

            "One would you be my maid of honor? You really don't have to plan anything just make sure you have a dress in my choosing color and be there. And two, once the babies born and a couple months later would you mind being his/her godmother?"

            "Stella I would love to. For both."

            "Great." She gleamed, "Well I guess I'll be going since you need to finish getting ready."

            With that she walked out of my room. I'm so happy for her. Well her and Mike." She's going to a beautiful bride. Tonight I'm going to give them a toast.

            I finished up my makeup. A natural nude look with a deep red wine color. It looked really nice. One of my favorite looks when I did wear makeup. My hair was in a father hair style. I looked really good so far. All I had to do was get dress but I wasn't going to get dress yet. I still had a bunch of time left. Well like two hours but it won't take long. So I put my robe on and headed downstairs.

            When I got down stairs my father was sitting in the living room reading the newspaper. My mother was watching the television. Some boring show was on but she was loving it. My brother was doing nothing just but drinking a beer.

            "Hey Christopher can I talk to you?" I asked him before walking to the den, him following behind me.

            "What do you want?" he asked sitting next to me in the den.
