*Bethany's POV*
I walked up to the door of Starbucks when a girl coming out spilled some tea all over me.
"Oh my Irene, I'm so sorry!" The girl said rushing inside to get some napkins.
"It's fine," I muttered. Soon, the girl came back outside with some napkins.
"Again, I'm so sorry! What's your name?" The girl said looking up.
"Uh, it's fine and my name's Bethany, but call me Beth," I said looking up too," What's yours?"
"Mine's Karla, but call Karl," she said smiling.
"You know what? You seem very familiar," I said eyeing her up and down curiously.
"I just moved here from Maryland."
"I'm originally from Maryland! What town are you from?"
"I'm actually from District Heights!" She exclaimed.
"Same here!"
"Wait a minute! Bethny?" She asked.
"Karly? It's been so long!"
"I know! We should totally catch up!" I got up and went into Starbucks with her. We caught up a little bit. We exchanged numbers so we could keep in touch. It turns out that Johnson is her boyfriend. And, she moved out here to be with him.
