Newt Imagine #5

You decided to make Newt jealous and it was going to be great. You planned it well and at the end of the day you would tell Newt that everything was a joke. First off you went to the Gardens where both of you work. You approached a Glader nearby

"I'm planning on something great. Want to see Newt jealous?" He nodded

"I'll come to you later." You winked before walking away. Walking past Newt without looking at him was hard. You did the same to another Glader and you see Newt glaring at the Gladers you just talked to. You got back to work without even talking to Newt except if he would talk to you and you would nod and ignore him.

After work you're at a nearby tree with the Glader you told a while ago. You looked over his shoulder and you see Newt walking over to you, his faced red

"Excuse me but I believe that she's my girlfriend and you have to stay away from her or you'll be hit straight in the face." He looked at you and you gestured for him to go. Newt pinned you to the tree

"What was that all about? What are you trying to do?" He said in a low, sexy voice. You couldn't take it anymore, you kissed him. You pulled away and left him there

"It's our anniversary." He said before you could go far enough 'He's testing me. Of all the things he could say.'

"Happy anniversary." You say not bothering to look at him. When you reached the Glader you with a while ago you told him to put his hand at your waist and you pretend to laugh. Thomas came to you

"Y/N what are you doing? Where's Newt?" He whispered

"Trust me on this and there's Newt, don't tell him." You point to Newt and Thomas walked away.

-Dinner-

You were eating with Newt, Thomas, Teresa, Chuck, and Minho but you were still ignoring Newt and you could tell he's angry, not much good in hiding it. When you're finished you sat there waiting for the others. Newt grabbed your wrist, making you stand up

"Y/N we need to talk." He led you to the Deadheads. When you got there he let go of your wrists

"Y/N what are you trying to do? Why are you ignoring me? Why are you with him all day?" You try to hide your smile, you kissed him

"You're so cute when you're jealous." You pinch his cheeks

"It was all an act, no need to worry." You assure him

"It was?" He said looking at you

"It was." You kissed him again. When you pulled away both of you sit down, Newt whispering sweet nothings.
