Chapter 19 Alexandra's first birthday

Dakota's PoV

My baby girl is a whole year old today and I can't believe it,I feel like it was only yesterday we found out I was pregnant,mind I need to work out a way to tell Jamie my news. I had the surprise of my life when I went to the Drs as I felt a bit off and found out I was pregnant again I am 8 weeks so I am due the end of April I am somehow going to get Alexandra to help me tell Jamie even though she is only 1 'mama mama' my daughters babbles bringing me back to the present I look over and see her in her daddy's arms 'hey baby girl happy birthday' I say and kiss her cheek 'where has the last year gone' Jamie sighs 'I don't know babe lets just enjoy today' I kiss him and walk off 'Dakota are you ok' he asks before I leave the room 'I'm fine' I smile.
Everyone arrives here for the party including grandparents,aunts,uncles and off course Dulcie,we also invited a few of the cast members from fifty but only Luke and Eloise could make it 'I can't believe she's one already seems like yesterday you were saying about Jamie and what to do about your feelings' Eloise says 'wait you spoke to Dakota' Luke says 'I had Jamie talk to me about his feelings for Dakota' Jamie blushes 'well all this is due to our advice' Eloise says and hi fives Luke. We all catch up and say we will see them in a few months at the Fifty Shades Darker premier in February and I think to myself that I will be 7 months pregnant what is it with me being pregnant at the premiers of the fifty films as it was the premier of the first film I found out I was pregnant first time. It's now just Jamie and me and I am about to do my big reveal on being pregnant as Alexandra is opening her cards and presents,she has opened them all well with mine and Jamie's help when I announce that she has one more and that daddy needs to help her 'come here sweetheart lets see who it's from' he sits her on his lap and opens the present and it's a teddy that says WORLDS BEST SISTER Jamie chuckles and thinks it must be from Dulcie even though she has already opened her present from her 'open the card babe' I say and smirk 'what's the smirk for baby' he says I just wink and he opens the card this time it says BEST BIG SISTER he looks confused but opens the card to read what's inside 'To Alexandra HAPPY BIRTHDAY I can't wait to meet you love your new baby brother or sister' Jamie looks at me 'are you are we' he can't put a sentence together 'yes babe I'm pregnant you're going to be a daddy again' I bite my lip as I am nervous he sits Alexandra down comes to me helps me up he picks me up and spins me round 'that amazing baby how far along are you' he asks 'I am 8 weeks the baby is due the end of April' I say he rubs my stomach 'well let's just hope this one is a boy or I will be seriously outnumbered' he laughs

Jamie's PoV

My princess is a year old,I don't know where that time has gone, I need to try and talk to Dakota before people arrive for the party as she has been acting strange my daughter brings me out of my thoughts 'mama' 'ok baby girl lets go find mummy' I pick her up and we find Dakota as soon as Alexandra see her 'mama mama' Dakota smiles 'hey baby girl happy birthday' she kisses her cheek 'where has the last year gone' I sigh 'I don't know babe lets just enjoy today' she kisses me and goes to walk off 'Dakota are you ok' I ask her a bit worried 'I'm fine' she smiles and leaves the room.
Everyone came and enjoyed the party we got a bit of stick of Luke and Eloise after they found out we went to them about our feelings for each other I don't care as it got me my girl and now I have my other princess along with Dulcie it is now just the 3 of us opening Alexandra's presents I think that we have opened them all when Dakota says there's one more but that I need to help her 'come here sweetheart lets see who it's from' I sit her on my lap I open the bag and it's a teddy with WORLDS BEST SISTER I chuckle and say it must be another present from Dulcie 'open the card babe' Dakota smirks 'what's the smirk for baby' I ask her but she just winks I open the card and show Alexandra when I notice it says BEST BIG SISTER I just guess Dulcie got confused so am I but I open the card and read it 'To Alexandra HAPPY BIRTHDAY I can't wait to meet you love your new baby brother or sister' I look at Dakota 'are you are we' I can't get the sentence out 'yes babe I'm pregnant you're going to be a daddy again' she nervous as she bites her lip I sit Alexandra down go to her help her up I pick her up and spin her round 'that's amazing baby how far along are you' I ask 'I am 8 weeks the baby is due at the end of April' she says I rub her stomach 'well lets just hope this one is a boy or I will be seriously outnumbered' I laugh.
We head upstairs and we are in bed when Dakota suddenly asks 'so you're happy about the baby?' 'I couldn't be more happy if I tried' I kiss her and gently lie her on her back 'Dakota you Alexandra Dulcie and this little one' I say rubbing her still flat for now stomach 'are my whole world and I can't believe how much I love you and my babies thank you for everything but especially for taking a chance on us' I kiss her and feel tears on her cheeks 'Jamie I only did what my heart wanted' she says and I lean down and kiss her again and I thank her for my new unborn baby by making slow love to her before pulling her into my arms and falling into a deep sleep with the love of my life in my arms
