Epilogue

2 days went in sad mood fr everyone. Ramesh , Nisha , Aarushi went to their house. Antara also went with her. In these two days Police interrogated each & everyone. Namish was still in Amit's house as police ordered him to stay in Mumbai.

Sumedh was seating in balcony of his room. Vedanti went to meet him. She looked towards him. He was looking towards Mugdha's balcony. No one was there but he was still continuously looking there.

Vedanti :- Sumedh..??

Sumedh came in reality.

Sumedh :- Veda..? Ye.. Bas.. (Come.. Sit...)

He signalled her to seat beside him. She did the same. Some minutes went in silence.

Sumedh :- Kya hua..?

Vedanti :- Tumne kuch notice kiya..? Jaise ki.. Kuch gayab hai..?

Sumedh :- Nai to.. Kyu..?

Vedanti :- phir se socho..

Sumedh thought fr a while.

Sumedh :- nai.. Kuch nai..

Vedanti's heart broke into pieces. She opened her fist in front of Sumedh's eyes. He saw a ring.. No no not only a ring.. His engagement ring. He felt ver guilty. He became angry on himself.

Vedanti :- Yeh pichle do dino se tumhare ungli main nai thi.. Notice nai kiya tumne..?

Sumedh lowered his lashes.
Vedanti gave that ring to him & stood up to leave. Sumedh held her wrist & made her seat again..

Sumedh :- Veda.. Plz.. Mat jao na.. Abhi to aayi ho..

Vedanti :- Oh.. I thought main disturb kar rahi hoon tumhe..

Sumedh :- Nai yr.. Plz aisa mat bolo.. I am sry.. Mera mood itna down tha ki main nai notice kar paya.. I am really sorry.

Vedanti looked towards the balcony of Mugdha. After some seconds Mugdha came there. She was drinking her coffee.. She didn't looked towards them as Amit was also there with her. She was carefully listening what Amit was saying.

Vedanti :- Main sach me bich main aa rahi hoon na...?

Sumedh :- Pagal ho tum..? Kya bol rahi ho..?

Vedanti :-Sumedh.. Bachpan se janti hoon tumhe.. Bahot acchhe se samjhti hoon.. Tumhara dil Mugdha se door nai hone dega tumhe.. Aur tum bahot badi confusion main fas gye ho.. Sab samajh rahi hoon main.. Sumedh.. Agar tum chahte ho to main kahi bhag jaungi.. Tum Mugdha se shadi kar lo..

Sumedh was shocked.

Sumedh :- Veda..? Kya bol kya rahi ho tum..? Main aisa kabhi nai karunga.. Tum bhi acchi tarah se janti ho ki ab mera Mugdha ke pas wapis jana ya tumhara sid ke pas.. It's impossible now.. We hv 2 think about Amit.. & now Mitali also..

Vedanti closed her eyes. Sumedh held her hand.

Sumedh :- Veda.. Hamari life bahot change ho chuki hai..

Vedanti :- Kya tum Mugdha ko bhool paoge..?

Sumedh :- Main Mugdha ko bhool gya hoon.. Main usse Shadi nai karna chahta Veda.. U r the one.. U r my future.. Idhar aao..

He held her wrist & took her inside the room. He opened the  door of cupboard. He took out a small bag. & handed it to Vedanti.

Sumedh :- yeh meri aur Mugdha ki saari yaadein hai.. Maine jab tumse sagai ki thi tabhi inko iss bag main bhar diya tha.. Ab yeh tumhe deta hoon.. Tumhe jo thik lage wo karo tum iske sath.. Ab mera yeh room aur mera dil dono khali hai.. Aur usme sirf tum hone wali ho.. I promise u that..
