The Family's Fear

Katelyn's POV
I woke up cuddling with Avery and Travis. I slowly stood up going to my wardrobe. I changed into a white tank top with short jeans. I then went downstairs and started cooking breakfast. While I was fixing the table for breakfast. I saw Avery with Travis. Travis was carrying Avery and they went to me. I kissed Travis on the cheek and Travis smiled. He put down Avery and went upstairs. He then we after a few minutes of trying to make them giggle. I then went inside and put them in the stroller. Travis started looking over them. I then started eating. After eating I sat on the couch and Travis followed. I said
K: So Trav what do you wanna do?
T: I don't know.
K: Wanna bring the kids to the park?
T: Sure why not.
I told Avery to change and get ready. We put little Kate and little Trevor in a stroller. We then headed out and left for the park. When we got there Avery went towards the swing set and I followed leaving Travis and my little babies alone together.
Travis's POV
I was with my little cuties alone since Avery was with Katelyn. I pushed the stroller towards them and just saw Katelyn on the ground and no sign of Avery. I pushed the stroller faster. When I arrived I tried to wake up Katelyn. She woke up and said
K: Travis; Avery got kidnapped by a guy with dark brown hair. With a familiar face I can't remember.
T: Maybe Laurence or oh God maybe it's Jeffrey.
K: It's Jeffrey
T: We have to go now
She nodded and headed to the police station. We called a babysitter and left the little guys with her.
We reported what happened then called my brothers to help search for her around. The police started looking too.
We went around the neighborhood and searched for her. Katelyn sat down on a bench with her knees up to her chest. She started sobbing and I sat down next to her and hugged her tightly. I was also tearing up that we lost little Avery. I then got a call from an unknown number. I answered it and he had a very deep voice like Jeffrey.
T: Jeffrey what did you do to Avery!?!
J: Relax Travis I have her here.
T: What do you want?!
J: Revenge
T: For what?!
J: You'll know soon
He hung up and I said
T: Damnit Jeffrey
Katelyn looked up and hugged me and I looked down and she was sobbing. After a few minutes I looked down cuz the sobbing stopped. When I looked she was asleep. I carried her to the car and brought her home. When we arrived I opened the door and carried her in the house and lay her down on the bed. I closed the door and sat on the bed thinking of how we could find Avery. I then stood up and went downstairs and called Zed. He came up from the basement and said
Ze: Sorry for Avery
T: Zed could you watch over Katelyn for a while.
Ze: Sure why not
I then left and kept searching.
