Marianna's p. o. v
I yawned as I placed 5 day Zander into his crib. He has the worst sleeping schedule and I'm so tired. I've been offered a nanny, but I want to do this on my own. I'm sure Zion & I would've just raised him by ourselves.
" Marianna," Kane lightly knocked on the door, I raised over to answer, praying Zander didn't wake up.
" Yes? " I asked as I opened it.
" Xaleb's here. "
" Tell him I'm not. " I said as I closed my door and shut it. I crawled into bed as I slept for a few hours.
Xaleb's p. o. v
" She's not here. " Kane came back down.
" You want me to believe you let her leave the castle? " I laughed.
" Believe what you want, but you're leaving. " He said.
I rolled my eyes as I turned around and walked out, heading towards the woods. I could hear a lullaby being sung, it was Marianna's voice. I looked up towards the window as saw her hair.
Soon I will have Marianna back.
Soon she'll be pregnant with my child and will forget the bastard child Zander.
