Chapter 25: School Shopping

"School?!?" I practically yell.

"John, it's only....." I say trying to remember the date.

"It's August 4th and school starts in a week." He says calmly.

"We got yours and Max's school supply list yesterday, so we are gonna spend the rest of the day shopping." He says.

As much as I hate school, back-to-school shopping is awesome. Well, pretty much shopping in general is awesome.

After about an hour we finally arrive home.
'This is gonna be a big hug fest' think to myself.
I know Scott won't be to happy about the whole camp thing. But let's just hope he'll forget quickly.

I grab my bag from the trunk, and causally walk inside.

The boys were all sitting onn the couch playing Mario cart.

"So they kicked you out, Lauren?" Max asks sarcastically.

"Max be nice, but I'm not to happy about it either." Scott says firmly.

"Me either. Dylan texted me everything that happened." Ben says, while his eyes are still on the tv.

"Yeah I know, Dylan's a tattle tale." I say sorta under my breath.

But before Ben could yell at me I quick asked a question.

"So, are we going shopping or not?" I asked.

"Oh yeah, well we better get going." Scott says as he turns off the tv.

Before I knew it we were pulling into Walmart.

My school supplies were pretty simple.
Calculator, binders,
Notebooks, ya know the regular.

The rest of the day went pretty smooth. Being the crafty person I am, I redid all the covers of my notebooks and binders.

Hopefully this year of school will be better than last.

Hey guys! Thanks 4 reading! Could I ask you guys a question? Okay I will. So I know my cover is kind sad. As in, I put no effort into it. And I cant make a cover for my book, cause I can't download any apps to make one. (Device difficulties 😂 lol)
