Amoura wakes up as her tattered body hits the concrete floor. "Once you've healed join me in the next room." He tosses an outfit to the edge of the room before walking out. Amoura gets up as her bones return to their proper place.

Once changed she follow General Alzack's scent to the next room. Weapons of all kinds, from swords to guns lines three out of the four walls, the fourth wall was covered in mirrors. "This is my training room, here I'll teach you how to use each one, from a pocket knife to a gun. You will learn each weapon, and they will become an extension of you. You will learn to use and counter them for if you don't you'll die here, in this very patted and completely soundproofed." He tosses her a spear, "let's see your hand to hand compact skills."

Amoura stands on her hands and knees, dripping with sweat as the recently inflicted wounds heal.

"We'll pick this up tomorrow, there's a sleeping bag in that closet over there, you'll be staying here. Showers and bathrooms over there." He pulls the spear out of her back and cleans before returning it to it's place on the wall.

He closes the door behind him. Amoura rolls over and stares at the ceiling, questioing how it is she got here.

Amoura falls asleep to that question jogging through her head. She wakes up before Alzack arrives so she follows the bathroom signs.

She showers in hot water, trying to scrub the dried blood off her. Before drowning her hair in shampoo and conditioner. When she gets out a stack of clean clothes were on the bench with a towel.

Amoura walks out as she dries her hair, a tall, lean man with shaggy blonde hair and piercing sky blue eyes was waiting for her. "Hi, I'm Jural, a fellow Captain of General Alzack and while he is away I'll be training you," He gives her a smile that lacks to reflects in his icy eyes, yet the smile makes you almost believe in the smile, but the longer you stare the more you see the lack of meaning behind it. Stone nods and drops the towel as he tosses her a spear.

"Why am I here?" Amoura asks him, and he looks at her, "to train to be a Captain."

"Why my specialty is front lines not this, whatever this is." He nods, "Shadow Unit. You were most likely transferred per General Alzacks request." Amoura holds onto the spear.

Jural beats her repeatedly before Amoura catches him off guard and takes him down, "Tell me Jural what does General Alzack do here?" Jural throws her off him before answering, "he creates weapons."

Stone blocks his attacks, "what kind of weapons?" Jural doesn't hesitate to reply, "the living kind."

"How does he do that?" Jural drags the tip of the spear across Amoura bare stomach, she doesn't flinch or look down as she counters, "like that."

He dodges back as he points the closing wound with the tip of his spear. Amoura touches the blood running down her stomach.

Amoura spends the remainder of the year training with either Jural or General Alzack. He doesn't release her from the compound until she finally bests Jural.

Jural takes her to the housing complex, which is only yards away from the metal compound. "You and I are Captains of the same squad. We also share an apartment on the third floor." Jural leads her up the stairs to her new room, right across the hall from his. "This is all ours?" Amoura takes the apartment in.

"Yes, the S.L's live on the floor underneath us and the rooks on the first floor."

Amoura looks around the apartment, "hey Jural since we'll be working together, will you do something for me?" She turns to look at him as he nods.

"Don't smile at me if you don't mean it." Amoura walks to the hall, "Stone?" She stops on the steps up to the hall to turn to face him. "I'm glad you didn't fall for it, it would have gone worse for you if you had."

"It can't get any worse than it already is," Amoura mutters, "but it can," she ignores him as she walks to her new room and recalls the answer Jural gave her when they first started training together.

Jural is the perfect kind of monster, handsome with a dazzling smile and perfect eyes, you don't even know you're a deer meeting the hunter till its too late to run.
Amoura can't help to wonder what kind of monster she'll become.

Amoura opens her duffle bag and notices other than her clothes and shower kit all her personal items like letters, photos even her dog tags are missing.

"He threw out anything that will help you recall the emotions he tried so hard to destroy in you," Jural stands at the door of her room.

"Come meet the squad," Amoura follow him to the living room where six vampires were waiting for her, they have a disdainful look in their eyes.

"Stone, Luna, and Reyes are your S.L's," Reyes was five' eight, slim, tan, with large hazel eyes while, Luna who no more than five feet, with pink hair and brown eyes walks up to her, "I'm still surprised General Alzack let you into his service."

"Luna!" Jural bites, "what why?" She looks to Jural and gives him a look, "why?" Stone persists.

"You're the only werewolf who has ever been in his unit. He strongly believes Vampires are the superior species." Annoyance surfaces, "great I'm the only one of my kind who's been picked by a man with a vampire fetish." Amoura mutters, as Jural continues.

"Lee and Roy are my S.L's. That over there is Wisokey he's my rook and Cullen here is yours."

"Such a small unit." Stone looks at the small crowd.

"Large shadows get noticed. There are three other Captains but you'll probably never meet them. Captain Rai and Henry's unit are six men squads, they are more of the mass murder squad so we'll never see them unless the job requires lots of hands. Captain Levy doesn't do duel squad, her and her five squad members, S.L Joan and Lincoln, Rooks Gideon and Hover do all the cover-up jobs. As to us, we take out those who pose a threat to S.I.D.O either from the outside or the inside." Stone nods as she takes in the information.

"Alright everybody out, do not forget you're on standby till we return, Stone I suggest you get ready, you and I have a mission tonight."

After a long hot shower, Amoura returns to the living room. "You can cook?!" Amoura stares at the spread of food on the dining table.

"You sound surprised," he replies as he looks at his feast with pride, "oh I am," Stone sits down, "I learned when I was really young, parents weren't too thrilled about it." Jural hands a plate to Amoura as she looks at what to get first.

"At least they let you, my parents wouldn't even let me make myself a sandwich in fear I'd hurt myself." Amoura spits the wine back out after taking a large gulp.

"Not a vampire Jural." Amoura looks at the food, "the wine is the only thing that has blood." Amoura picks at her food before eating it while Jural tells her about the General that has been interfering with the peace laws in Chicago.

"General Alzack wants the death to look accidental, we leave at six." Amoura nods and eats before changing and following him out.
