I'll Be Okay by James Young

The weeks pass as Amoura gets used to Commanding a base and five units, she still didn't know when she would get her unit, but she was finally creating her Stealth unit.

Every other Commander has one medical unit, one reinforcement unit, one intel and two front lines unit. Unlike theirs, Amoura's sixth unit will be nothing but past Shadow unit members. They will train the other U.S. Commanders intel unit for that part of the S.I.D.O was slacking. Amoura was going to change that, she was settling into her new title well.

On the home front, her parents returned to the states a week after the wedding while May finishes school in Tuscany, she's not looking forward to going home midsummer vacation. After a month of arranging things, she was finally prepared to meet those she wants in her sixth unit. The first of group she was to meet are in California and she was on a private plane there.

A few hour's later she walks into the hospice facility run by S.I.D.O and makes her way to the front desk. "I'm here to see the patients on floor 02." Amoura hands him her I.D and paperwork.

"Those patients can't have guests."

"I am a U.S. Commander I am no guest. Now listen to your superior and take me to them, that is an order," He nods and rushes to help me to the underground floors.

They walk into the third floor of the basement where they are greeted by six security guards who will be accompanying them inside. Amoura is lead down two halls covered in flesh burning lasers before entering a hall with metal doors in-between each hall door.

They make it past even more security props before finally making it to a large gray dining space. "Listen up, you all have a visitor. Now stay in your best behavior and no one has to get hurt," A guard that was already inside announces to those who live on floor 02.

Plastic roundtables are scattered across the room, a long, narrow window big enough for a plate to fit stood at the back next to a plastic plant.

"A visitor? You must be really important," A man no more than twenty-six, sitting in the table at the center of the room speaks. Amoura quickly notices the collars around their neck, electric collars to keep them in check or to give the guards some extra fun.

"Something like that," Amoura sits across from him. He smiles and looks at her.

"Why are you here? What do you want?" One of the guards slams his nightstick on the table.

"Respect the Commander!" Amoura waves the security guard down.

"I'm here for all of you," He snickers and looks away, the guard pulls out a remote and the man across the table from her twitches, the guard releases the button and the man glares at him.

Stone points to the remote and asks for it, "is this the only one for all the collars?" He nods and tells her just to change the dial on the top to correspond to the number on their collar, the bottom nob was to raise or lower the level of shock she wants to give. Amoura nods and turns it off before breaking it.

"Why would you do that Commander, we can't keep them in check without it," Amoura looks at him.

"Because it be wrong to break your neck," She grows serious before telling him to go away.

"We can not leave you alone Commander. They are dangerous." She looks at him.

"Then stay silent and don't anything I didn't say for you to do," She looks at the man across from her.

"If they wanted to hurt me, they would have done it by now. Besides I can take care of myself."

"You here to preach about your healthy ego or do you have a reason to disturb our quiet afternoon?" A woman sitting near the kitchen window speaks up.
