Hunter Thorn;

I was pacing back and forth the next day when Lucas went to the warehouse. I waited for him to come back, be angry, destroy things to let his anger out, but he didn't. It took him a few hours until I could see some of his men leave the old building from the window. Lucas was the last that exited the warehouse, looking kind of defeated. And so he did also as soon as he was in the house. I didn't bother asking him what was wrong since I knew the reason for his unhappiness.

"Hunter?" He asked quietly and I hummed in reply.

"Do you have something to do with this?" Lucas asked, not raising his voice or showing any sign of anger towards me.

"What?" My heart started pumping a bit louder, though it was for no reason. It wasn't my fault they found him and took him back to district one, I had just seen the whole encounter and decided not to tell Lucas.

"Bieber disappeared. I just want to know if you have anything to do with it." Lucas was still too calm. On other days he would have already lashed out on me.

"Are you being serious, Lucas?" I raised my eyebrow, crossing my arms over my chest, trying to play his accusations off cool.

"Well, I have to ask. You seemed very defensive over Bieber last night and now he is suddenly gone and nowhere to be found." He trailed off. It seemed as if it was everything but easy for him to ask me this.

"I got defensive because I didn't want you to get into danger. I did not do anything, it's not my fault you all are incapable of keeping a guy hostage."

"I had to ask you know-"

"No, Lucas. You shouldn't have. You should know I don't have anything to do with all of this." Cutting him off, I walked into the kitchen and poured myself a cup of water.

"I'm sorry, Hunter. I shouldn't have accused you of something you clearly haven't done." Lucas sounded so sincere for once, it was probably just the shock still lingering inside of him.

"Yeah, it's whatever." I shrugged, gulping down the water and running up the stairs before Lucas could say anything else to me. I knew he wanted to, but I wouldn't give him the chance to.

We have grown apart lately, he hasn't been telling me things, I decided to keep some things for myself, too. But that didn't change the fact that we are so distant as siblings. I know it is a lot for him sometimes, balancing a girlfriend, which I am sure he wants to marry soon, judging by the fact that they have been together for years already, and an annoying little sister who has been raised to be a brat sometimes, really. Every since father left us, he had to take hand over everything happening, and it could be a lot at once. I admired him for that, for what he did for his family so far and for what he still is going to do.

And even though the situation was good for me at the moment, since he didn't ask so many questions anymore and I didn't have to lie to him so often, I felt like I was missing him, being himself.

I didn't know how Sara felt, since she was spending most of the time at her own home, but I could tell she was getting irritated by his sudden urge to take down Bieber together with Clyde, too.

I think I just had to talk to her, make sure she understood he was in a hard situation right now and that she shouldn't be too harsh on him for now.

As I got into my room, the first thing I did was check my phone. And to be honest, I was surprised at what I saw.

Laura, the friend that had so kindly stopped talking to me after I have told her everything about Justin and I, decided to text me again. I even had a missed call from her, and I couldn't help but think something was wrong, since I didn't expect her to do this.
