Seeing the Northen Lights ✖️

Living far away from the place to this wonderous phenomenon is a bummer. We did try to save up so we could go to Alaska or maybe Denmark. You were so optimistic that we could save up for it in only a year when I was skeptical.

I told you to not work too hard for the money. I also said, it's okay that we take our time to prepare for the trip. But yet in secrecy, I've already saved up enough for the both us. I don't know what was playing around in my mind at that moment.

I knew you would have loved spending the night waiting for the right time for the lights to appear. How you would cutely try to find warmth cuddling with me as we lay down on the snow, watching the cold night sky.

I wish I could just bring you there at this exact moment because I still have that saved up money. But all I could do now is wish on shooting stars instead of looking up to a sky filled with lights together with you.
