We finally reach the hospital that Mez is staying at, I'm out if breath from running but as I see that there's no one at the front desk, I bolt for it
"Hi how can I help you?" The nurse at the front desk asks
"Yes I'm looking for Mez Melentinou"
"Yes of course Mez, our strongest patient yet"
What's that suppose to mean!? I thought to myself
"Is she okay?" I ask
"Not too sure, you'll have to ask the nurse when you see her, go all way down to the corridor, take a left and her room is the first one on the right" she tells me
I immediately thank her and quickly walk down the corridor along with Jakob and Ethan following right behind me
We reach the room but I don't here anyone talking
I knock twice and step back to wait for the door to open
The nurse opens the door and steps outside, closing the door behind her
"How is she?" I ask shaking up a little
"I'm so sorry but, Mez has fallen into a coma" she's tells us
"What!? No!! How could this have happened??"
"I'm really sorry" she says sympathetically
Tears start to well up into my eyes and before I knew it, I was crying
My cries were getting louder as I fell down to the floor letting it all out
The boys quickly help me up and tried to calm me down as well as my breathing
I clear my throat so I able to speak and wipe the tears from my eyes
"Ca-can I-I se-see h-her?" I stutter my words as tears were still in my eyes that I let from falling
"Right this way" the nurse shows us the way in
I slowly walk in but I stop before I enter the room with Ethan's arm around me so that I don't fall
I stop, looking down at the ground in front of me
I'm a mess
"You can do this, you're allowed to cry Chris it's okay, I'll be standing right here when you need me" Ethan reassures me as I'm still really shaken up
"Th-thanks m-man" I say whilst my eyes are full of tears that I'm holding in
I take a moment and process everything that's happened and realize that it's time to face reality
I walk in to the room and I see her
She looks so peaceful
Ethan let's go of me and I walk to the
bed
Tears came crashing down on me as I reach her and see this beautiful girl sound asleep
"Mez!? Can you hear me? Please wake up I need you, PLEASE MEZ JUST WAKE UP"
I cry and plead and beg that she wakes up
But. She. Won't.
