A few minutes later the nurse comes out of Mez' room
"How is she??" I ask
"She's fine, there's nothing to worry about" the nurse tells me
A sign of relief is splattered along my face
"Mez wants to see you" the nurse speaks up
I quickly thank her and step into her room

I walk over to the beautiful girl sitting on the side of the bed
Her face – red and puffy with mascara blotches underneath her eyes
Her hair – messed up but yet it still looks pretty
"How are are feeling?" I kindly ask
"Better" she continues
"Listen I'm really sorry about having a go at you before, I just needed to let all my anger out" she tells me
"It's okay Mez I understand, I'm glad it was me that you took your anger out on"
"I promise it won't happen again"
"It's fine I really don't mind, just know that I'll ALWAYS be here for you, I'm not that kind of person to leave okay you have to understand that"
"I know and I'm sorry for trying to push you away"
"It's fine"
