Chapter 11

*Mitch's POV

The king and the leader stood in front of me holding two people. I held up my iron sword and looked out of the corner of my eyes at everyone else. Jerome was staring daggers at the king and holding his axe in a fighting position. Sky and Ty both had tears in their eyes, but they were in some sort of fighting position.

"Greetings Jerome, Mitch. What a pleasure to see you again. Say, lovely weather we're having. Am I correct?" The king laughed.

"Let those women go!!" Jerome yelled from next to me.

The king pretended to think. "How about, no? You killed my guards. Now, I'm going to kill someone special to you."

I was now confused. "How would those women be special to me or Jerome if we don't know them?" I asked.

The king laughed again. "I never said they were special to you!! I meant they were special to Sky and Ty."

"They didn't do anything to your guards." Jerome growled. "Mitch and I did!!"

"Oh, I guess your right." The king let go of the women who then ran to Sky and Ty.

I saw the leader, who I didn't notice left, walk to the king. Trailing behind him handcuffed on separate chains was Rheanna and Sierra. The leader whispered something to the king before handing him the chains.

"Are these two special to you?" The king chuckled.

Rheanna fumbled in the chains until she got an ender pearl from her pocket. She threw it away from the king and teleported. Problem was, she was still in chains and the king teleported with her. "F*ck!!" She yelled in frustration.

The king held the sword against her neck and whispered something in her ear. Rheanna nodded her head and the king pulled her and Sierra back to the center of the clearing. He whispered something to the leader who then walked to Sky and Ty and took the women away again. Now there was four women in the center of the clearing: Rheanna, Sierra, and the two women.

"The one is the yellow is my mom and the one in the purple is Ty's mom." Sky whispered in my ear. I nodded.

The king lined the girls up in a straight line facing us. "You may choose two people to take back home. The other two will be taken back to the village with me to become my slaves." The king explained.

Ty and Sky looked at us. "Take your sisters." Ty mouthed.

"Do you think Rheanna and Sierra could escape?" I whispered to Jerome. He nodded his head after a few minutes.

"We choose Sky and Ty's moms." Jerome said out loud to the king.

The king laughed and shoved the two women towards us. "At least I get the better end of the deal."

"That's what you think." I whispered to myself.

"Sir, what about the girl's ender pearls?" The leader, who has been very quiet, spoke up.

"Ah yes." The king said, remembering. "Let her keep them. Where she's going, she won't be able to use them."

"W-where am I going?" Rheanna stuttered.

The king shrugged and smiled. "Just underground. Don't worry, you'll be fine."

Wait, underground? Will she be able to escape? "How will they escape?!" I whispered to Jerome. He shrugged.

"Come on now. Let's get going. You two are my new slaves!! Where should I work you? Farming? Servant? Maid?" The king chatted on. "Oh!! I know!! I'll put you, Sierra, in maid's work and you, Rheanna, as a personal servant." With that said, the king and the leader pushed Rheanna and Sierra towards the castle, leaving the six of us in shock and worry.

*Rheanna's POV

F*ck!! how could I let this happen?! I could of at least fought back a bit, but no. I just had to go down without a fight. Ugh.

"Hey, you ok?" Sierra whispered.

I shook my head. "Not really. We could of fought, but we just let this happen." I whispered back.

Sierra sighed. "You're right, but we wouldn't of won the fight. We must likely would of died. We left our weapons at home while we we're building and your ender pearls don't work when the king is holding these chains."

I sighed as the king said something and pushed me into a room. I was too deep in thought to notice that we were in some kind of hallway underground and Sierra was locked up in a room across from me.

"Make yourselves as home. I'll be back in one hour. Be ready." Was all he said before stomping up the stairs out of the hallway.

"What now?" Sierra asked and sat on the hard, stone floor.

I, too, sat on the cold floor. "Obviously, there's no way out. We don't even have weapons. I guess the only thing we can do is prey to Notch that someone will find us." Silence. I heard faint crying coming from Sierra's room. "I'm sure our brothers will find us." I reassured. I'm not sure if I was trying to reassure Sierra or myself, but I reassured one of us.

I choose to let Sierra have her time alone. I looked around the small cell. There wasn't much. Just a bed in one corner and a chest in the other. I opened the chest to find a set of clothing, a few apples, and some cooked meat. The clothes were all black which might come in handy if I get the chance to sneak out of here through the shadows.

I walked over and sat on the bed. It was white with red blankets and it wasn't uncomfortable, but my bed at home is comfier.

I heard a door open and steps near our cells. "Rheanna, as I said before, you are my personal slave or servant. Sierra, you are the maid. Rheanna, one of my other servants will show you your job and Sierra, one of the other maids will show you your job. Head upstairs." The king said while unlocking the doors. "They'll be waiting."

Still handcuffed, Sierra and I walked up the long staircase. At the top, two girls waited in the doorway. One of them had short chestnut brown hair with grey eyes and the other had medium length dusty brown hair with brown eyes. "Hi!! I'm Maddie." The one with short brown hair smiled.

"I'm Emileeanne. Just call me Emilee or Em. It doesn't matter." The other girl waved.

"Rheanna, you're with Maddie. Sierra, you're with Emilee." The king instructed.

"C'mon. I'll show you around." Maddie said, motioning for me to follow her. She started walking one way while Emilee and Sierra walked another. I hope Mitch finds us soon.
