Chapter 7

"He's back at it again mom, he isn't answering my calls..he promised" Lucy groaned, walking around in her room in circles, her eye in her phone. Layla sighed again, sitting on her daughter's bed. "Lucy.." the woman sighed "I think...I think Natsu probably moved on" this caused Lucy to stop her actions.

"Wait..what?" she looked at her mother, her face expression nothing but shocked. "I don't know baby, I've been seeing the signs lately..I just..I just don't know.." Layla looked elsewhere, sighing. "Mom..how could you...say that?" Lucy asked, slowly walking towards her and sitting down besides her on the bed. "I don't know I'm not sure lately I've been getting that feeling towards Natsu, I don't think what he is is true anymore.."

"Mom, I know him, we've been together for a year and 3 months, Natsu is-" Layla cut her off "I know maybe I know...just mother instincts I guess" Lucy chuckled before standing up "You know...since today is Friday and we have nothing to do why don't we go out for ice cream or something?" Lucy asked "You want to go out for ice cream?" her mother asked, a little smile on her lips.

"Yeah, when last have we had a mother and daughter funs out" Layla laughed, getting off of bed and standing up "Okay just let me get my bag and keys"

The two blondes got in the car and Layla started up the engine. "Seatbelt mom" Lucy reminded and Layla grumbled making her daughter laugh "I swear you're just like Natsu" "It's not that it's just that seatbelts are really..annoying, feeling yourself strapped down while you're driving it's-" "A very safe thing to do, what if we got in an accident-" "Okay okay" Layla grumbled, grabbing the seatbelt and quickly strapping herself up.

"Now let's go" "On to the park...or whatever!"

Lisanna giggled "Haha..mm..Natsu stop it, you're so childish" she laughed, pushing Natsu away from her and continuing to pick bread crumbs in a clear bag. "Awe..I came her to spend some time with you but you just want to feed birds" Natsu groaned, trying to wrap his arm around her shoulder but she pushed it off.

"They're not just birds...they're pigeons and I love looking after and taking care of animals" Lisanna smiled at the shy looking pigeon who slowly walked its way towards a bread crumb to pick it.

"There there..nice pigeon" Lisanna whispered and Natsu rolled his eyes, his phone beeping in his pocket. He took it out his pocket and watched the caller ID "Lucy.." he whispered "What?" Lisanna asked, turning to him "Oh...oh nothing.." he put the phone back in his pocket and sighed.

Couldn't Lisanna see he was hungry for sex right now! He boredly watched the pigeons then looked around in the park, folding his arms. "When could we go by your place Sanna?" he asked her and she sighed "For what for sex.." she glared at him "No" he sighed again, crossing his arms. "We can just make out.." "No Natsu, we've been doing it every time we see each other can I get a rest? please?"

He rolled her eyes, another sigh escaping his lips. Why was he here again? To watch Lisanna feed birds? Apparently yes..

"Awe.." she suddenly said, shaking her now empty bag "The bag is empty.." "Good" she glared at Natsu and he glared back at her. "You know what, you look angry" she stood up from the bench "I'll go buy us some ice cream" she smiled at him before she walked off.

"Ice cream...sure..that'll be the solution to my problem.." he said sarcasticly, looking at the pigeons who watched him innocently, wanting more crumbs. "Get out of here, you're the ones who keep ruining my day, I want to get laid dammit" he then sighed, knowing they didn't understood a single word he said.

"Screw me.."

Lisanna walked happily towards an ice cream stand and stood in the line, taking out her money out her pocket. "Boys...they're so annoying" she heard the girl mumble infront of her and she blinked her eyes once she realized the voice. "Lucy?" Lisanna asked and the blonde quickly turned around, facing her. "Oh..Lisanna..right?" Lisanna nodded and Lucy smiled.

"What are you doing here?"

"Oh me and my mom wanted ice cream but she decided to stay in the car with her lazy self while I buy the ice creams" Lucy said annoyed and Lisanna giggled "Moms these days.." "They're so lazy" the two girls giggled but stopped when someone cleared their throat.

Lucy turned around and smiled at the ice cream man "Two vanilla ice creams please, double scoop and I want them in cones please" Lucy said smiling "Wow you sound so proffessional" Lisanna commented and Lucy couldn't help but laugh. "Okay then.." Lucy took out her money and gave the man 25 dollars.

"Thank you miss" "You welcome" "Oh and I want the same what she's having, two as well please" Lucy turned to her "You're gonna eat two cones?" the blonde asked "Oh..oh no no, one for me and the other one is for my boyfriend N-" "Here you two go" "Thank you" Lisanna gave the man a 25 dollars as well and held the cones in her both hands, along with Lucy.

"So how's life treating ya?" Lisanna asked "Hmm...life is going good I guess" Lucy's eyes widened when she remembered somthing "And oh I also heard you got suspended!" Lisanna jumped but smiled at Lucy "Yeah...the camera caught me doing the bad with my boyfriend" "Oh..oh.." Lucy was shocked.

"You got suspended, you're supposed to get expelled!" "I know but my boyfriend is really cool with the principal so we got a week, isn't that awesome" "Hmm"

Natsu were the only person Lucy knew who were good with the principal, she were a really strict person.

"Well that's two I know of.." Lucy mumbled "What do you mean?" Lisanna asked "Well Natsu was the only one who I know is good with the principal" "Oh yeah that's m-" "Lucy" they heard a beep sound and the two turned to Layla who was in the car "Come on now, your father just came home and he wants us to go with him to the movies" Layla said then looked at Lisanna.

"Oh I'm coming!" Lucy then turned to Lisanna "Tell your boyfriend I said hi" "Okay" Lisanna waved, watching as Lucy skipped towards the car and got in, giving her mother a cone "Bye Lisanna!" Lucy waved. "Bye!" Lisanna waved back.

Natsu kept groaning, sipping his drink. He then heard footsteps coming and he turned to Lisanna who walked towards him "I got you vanilla" "Oh.." he took the cone from her and licked it. "Vanilla...the usual" she sat besides him and had a lick herself but stopped when she remembered something.

"Oh yeah, Lucy said hi" Natsu paused. "What?" he asked her. Was he hearing right? "I said Lucy said hi, remember her? your friend?" Lisanna asked.

"W-when wait what?" "I just met up with her, we were buying ice creams, she's really cool" Lisanna complimented, licking her ice cream. "What did you guys talk about?" Natsu couldn't help but asked, he was really anxious.

"Life..oh and she asked why I got suspended and I said the camera caught us doing the nasty" Natsu squeezed his cone, squashing it in the palm of his hand, the two scoops falling out and hitting the ground.

"What?!"
