Chapter 48

20 minutes later

"Come on.." Psycho groaned, tapping the screen of his phone harder. To say he was frustrated was an understatement but he didn't wanted to lose. He had to be the first car to win the race but this game was cheating, a total rip off. "And.." his eyes widened, he was nearing the finish line and he was first in place.

"Yes..come on come on.." the three cars behind him were driving nearer and nearer to his. "Haha, I'm gonna win now..just a little distance away and...." his eyes widened.

"Psycho!" the man flinched and by accident, he dropped his phone. The front door was pushed opened and a wet Natsu entered, his clothes soaked due to the heavy rain. "Oh no oh no.." he picked up his phone and his eyes widened when the three cars passed his, driving through the ribbon of victory, winning the race.

"No!"

"Loser" the phone said and the man groaned, turning to the man who were the cause of his misery.

"You could of called my name softer you know.." he said then stopped when he really took in Natsu's features. His hair damp, along with his clothes..his eyes red and face all swollen up. "Hey, what happened- did someone beat you up?" he sat up on the couch, giving Natsu his full attention. Natsu just stared at him before he asked softly "Does it look like..that"

"What did you say, speak up" Psycho said, standing up to walk towards him but stopped when Natsu reached out his hand, telling him to stop.

"Don't!" Psycho raised his brow "What happened?" the red head asked.

"Nothing, it's me it's all me-okay" "Natsu what-"

Kill him.. the voice said in Natsu's head and the man groaned "Psycho..I'd really appreciate if you don't..talk to me right now" Psycho raised his brow, watching as Natsu clutched his head and walked towards his room, shutting the door close.

"What the hell happened to him?" Psychi asked no one in particular.

The Next Day

6:12 am

"Natsu" Psycho called, knocking on the man's door. "Natsu-you up?" he hit the door. "Natsu open up man I got to talk to you" Psycho knocked on the door again. "Natsu!" he called, hitting the door.

"Didn't I say to leave me alone" Natsu hissed from the inside of the room. "Sorry if I woke you up grumpy but I've got something important to discuss" when Psycho heard nothing in response, he groaned.

"So what, you're gonna stay in there for the whole day-not even gonna take a bath nothing?" he asked, hitting the door again. "Natsu!"

"For god's sake man leave me alone dammit!" Natsu yelled from inside the room and Psycho backed away from the door. "I can't take you when you're irritated-have it your way okay" Psycho walked away, leaving the man alone.

Inside the room

"Dammit" Natsu hit the door angrily. Psycho just had to wake him up, the amount of trouble he had to go through last night just to sleep and now that's he's awake, it won't be possible for him for him to go back. He's gonna be paranoid again but the

Kill.. the voice whispered in Natsu's head and he graoned in frustration, taking hold of a bottle and throwing it against the wall, it breaking by the force of Natsu's frustration. Thanks alot Psycho! Natsu clutched his head when he started hearing voices, he leaned against the wall and slid down on the floor, groaning.

When will they stop harass him already! Natsu couldn't take it no more and he wasn't feeling like himself, just there he felt the urge to just pick up a gun to shoot his one and only friend, he couldn't believe it, that's why he locked himself up in his room, he feared he'd do something he may regret.

He was a monster..

Since he didn't trust himself, he made sure to throw away all sharp objects, his guns and knives so he'd stay in a weapon-free room. But dammit, he held his head tighter when the voice kept repeating itself.

"Get out already!" Natsu yelled.

Lucy's eyes slowly opened. That was weird, normally she wakes up with someone jumpin on the bed or calling her name repeatedly. Oh yeah, that's right, Nashi was gone. Lucy slowly sat up on bed and scratched the side of her face. She had to admit, she was lonely without her daughter around.

Lucy chuckled a little before she turned to her left, watching the opened window. "Wow.." she couldn't believe she tried to commit suicide just yesterday, she felt guilty and mad at herself. She had a daughter for christ's sake and how dare she be selfish and try ending her life because if she died, you can say Nashi wouldn't really have anyone.

The blonde slid off the bed and walked towards the opened the window.

She watched outside and looked down at the ground below. Damn, if it wasn't for Natsu she'd already be dead.. She backed away and closed the window shut. "No more drama" Lucy whispered then sighed, remembering Natsu.

"Okay I can't deal with this no more" she quickly walked towards her phone, she had alot to say to Natsu concerning yesterday.

Die die die die die die die die die.. the voice just continued to repeat itself, not ever getting tired. "Dammit.." he was getting so fed up lately but mostly angry. Angry enough to just attack people.. Natsu groaned, he hallucinated enough today already. All he wanted was just peace, he can't stand hearing any other source of sound.

And like if something wanted to trigger him off, he heard a phone ring.

Ring Ring Ring!

He ignored it once..

"Ahg!" he had enough already. He couldn't take it! He stood up angrily and walked towards the door. He vowed he wouldn't go outside but that was over. He unlocked the door before he pushed it open and stormed towards the stupid noise.

Living Room

Natsu entered and saw three guys sitting on the couch, laughing, chatting and smoking in enjoyment. His phone ringing on theother couch. One man turned to Natsu and smiled, watching as the aggravated man approached them. "Look who's finaaly awake, come on join us" he said and the two watched as Natsu picked up his ringing phone and threw it out the opened front door, the device thrown on the grass.

"I don't want to hear any noise okay!" Natsu snapped at the three before he turned to enter his room. Psycho stood up "Natsu" "Don't call me" he decided to walk after him "Natsu man you gotta-" he touched his shoulder but didn't expected the male to turn around and give him a blow to his face.

Psycho fell back on the floor, holding his nose. "Ah.." ''I said don't call me!" Natsu stopped, now realizing what he just did. "shit.."

"You okay man?" the two came to Psycho's side and the red head looked at Natsu, holding his broken and bloody nose. "You need help" Psycho said to Natsu.

Kill him..

Natsu slowly backed away from him, though his hands were itching to hold a weapon to finish Psycho off.

"I'm.." Natsu quickly ran off, towards the safe place which was his room.
