Versia's Pov:
I rolled over. I heard the lock click on the door in the living room. I looked to my right. Cody was still there.
I quietly got up and walked to the door. I opened the bedroom door.
I squinted to see. I could see her figure outlined. "Bella?"
"Oh thank dog. I would've cried if it was Cody."
"Where have you been?"
She gestured at herself. "Out."
"That's my dress, and out where?"
"Versia, I can go out and do what I want. You go out all the time."
"At least I tell you where I'm at!" I whisper yelled.
"I'm sorry. I should've told you that I was going out. I didn't plan on being gone this long."
I looked at the clock. 2:17 am. I shook my head. "I'm going back to bed." I turned my back and walked back into Cody's room.
I climbed back into his bed. He wrapped his arms around my waist.
"Where was she?"
I smiled. "Don't eavesdrop. Go back to bed."
He laughed. I rolled over and went back to sleep.
7:00 A.M:
My phone buzzed on the bedside table. I picked it up and turned my alarm off. I rolled over and saw Cody. Cody? What was he still doing here. Normally he'd be outta bed or gone by now.
I walked into the closet and found everything I had that had Victoria Secret on the tag. A pair of black leggings, a pink sports bra, and a jacket.
"Guess this will do." I said to myself as I put them on.
I put on my nikes and walked to Bella's room.
She was already out of bed and dressed. She was finishing her hair when I walked in.
"I'm almost ready." She said while she applied her mascara.
"It's fine, we still have an hour."
"I know, we should stop by Starbucks or something like that."
"Sounds good." I bit my lip. "Cody's still here."
"It is his house Versia."
"I know, but normally he's already gone to work. I don't want to wake him, but how do I tall him I've gone out."
She pressed her lips together. "Hmmmm. You could leave him a note."
I nodded, "okay" I grabbed her notebook and tore a page out.
I wrote; I've gone out with Bella. Call me if you need me. ~Versia
Bella read over the note. She shrugged, "simple and sweet."
I placed the note on the main door. I walked into the hall and Bella followed me. I locked the door again and we left the building.
We got out of the car and I offered to drive. I was slightly afraid that Bella would fall asleep behind the wheel.
I started the car and turned on the main road.
I bit my lip. "What happened with you yesterday?" I blurted.
She sighed. "I don't wanna talk about."
