The girls ate dinner. Then they went back to Emma's room.
Emma: Riley
Riley: yes
Elaine: You said you have an eating disorder
Molly: but you eat
Emma: That can only mean one thing....
Riley: I have an eating disorder. I don't eat much. Sometimes I only eat one thing. But I don't throw up
Emma: You aren't fat
Riley: yes I am. I weigh 60 something pounds
Elaine: You aren't fat
Molly: Let's go outside
Riley: ok
They went outside and played.
Emma: Do your parents know about this?
Riley: Heck no
Elaine: You should tell them
Riley: nahhh
Molly: Why not?
Riley: Because they hate me. When I'm at a friends house my family always talks bad about me. They hate me
Elaine: You need to tell them
They didn't say another word about it. They went inside and played. They had fun. They went to bed at 11:30.
When they woke up they ate donuts. They love donuts.
Emma: I can't wait till the competition
Elaine: When is it?
Molly: during spring break!
Riley: It's gonna be awesome!
At 1:00 they had a basketball game. They were all on the same team. Emma's mom said to Emma "I don't want you playing." Emma said "Why not?" She said "Fine. I'll talk to your couch. Maybe you can just play a few minutes." Emma said "YAY!" Emma played a few times. They won. Then they went home and changed.
Then they went to the mall.
Emma: Why weren't your parents there?
Riley: *laughs* They never come
Elaine: But they come to dance competiton
Riley: yeah just to go explore other cities and countries
Emma: Ohh...
Molly: Where are we going for the dance competiton?
Elaine: The bahamas!
Molly: YAY!
They were at the mall. They went shopping. Before they left they got a cookie. They love cookies. Riley took small bites and kept staring at her cookie.
Elaine: What's wrong?
Riley: When I'm around food or eat it I feel dizzy
Emma: You need help
Molly: Yeah Riley you do
Riley: I'm fine!
They went back to Emma's house and had fun.
Riley: I can't wait till the Valentines dance
Emma: It's gonna be awesome
Elaine: I know!!
Molly: I can't wait
Emma: I got to go. I'll be right back
Elaine: ok
Emma went to talk to her mom. She told her everything about Riley. Emma's mom said "I will talk to her about it.' Emma said "Ok thank you.
Molly: What took so long?
Emma: Nothing
The dorrbell rang. Emma's mom answered it. Riley got her bag. Riley said "Hi mom." Emma's mom said "Come in. Let's have some coffee."
Riley's mom said "Ok I will love too."
The girls went to Emma's room. About a hour later they stopped talking. Elaine and Molly's mom showed up too. Emma heard Riley's mom say "I'll talk to her about it when we get home."
Elaine, Riley, and Molly left. A few hours later they skyped.
Riley: Guess what
Molly: What?
Riley: My mom is taking me to a therapist
Emma: Yay!
Molly: Congrats
Elaine: See I told you that she cares
Riley: I wonder how she found out
Emma: Well....
Riley: Emma!!
Emma: I told my mom and she talked to your mom
Riley: Thank you
Emma: Your welcome
Riley: my mom is gonna talk to the school about the bullying
Elaine: cool
Riley: yah
On Sunday they went to church.
They saw Riley and hugged her and talked to her.
Riley: We have dance tomorrow!
Emma: yes we do
Molly: it's gonna be fun
Elaine: I can't wait
They went back to there houses.
They saw each other at school the next day. The day went by pretty quick! Then they had dance and they had really fun learning the routine!
