Looks like the story has come to an end, a pretty happy ending right? Tyler met jenna and became a couple , you "got adopted by josh" and manny was out of the hospital.

You (in the story) woke up to your mom unconscious on the floor with a bottle of vodka in her hand.
Manny wasn't adopted by tyler and instead was bullied by the other kids waiting for a new family.
Tyler and jenna never met , jenna found some other guy and got married , tyler remained single.
Josh, well he stayed living with tyler but went into deep depression because they were becoming broke , couldn't pay bills , and had nowhere to go.
But i guess the good news is that josh and tyler feel in love a couple months later so ;}
BUT if it makes you guys feel better, I'm making a new story soon called "frostbite"
Its a joshler fanfic so ;}}} and instead of updating on weekends I'll try and update whenever i have the time.
