Token's POV

Nichole dumped me about 4 days ago, and I should be devastated, but I'm not...

I know exactly why I'm not upset. It's because I'm in love with Y/N.

I have been for a while being honest.

Since we first met in middle school, we just connected, so we've been really great friends since.

Anyway I'm on my way to hers for the usual gaming competition - I usually win. It's great fun. I love gaming and I love her, it's perfect.

I knock on her door and she answers wearing her pajamas - she cute.

I chuckled

"What?" She giggled.

"Lazy" I winked.

She laughed and pulled me inside.

Y/N's POV

He won again. I wasn't this far behind him this time though! I don't mind it's just nice to spend time alone together.

I mean who doesn't like spending time alone with the one they love.

We'd been playing for a few hours now and it's now just gone 3pm.

"I'll beat you one day." I said sassily.

He smirked. "Can't wait for THAT day." He laughed.

I shot a glare at him then looked away pretending to be offended.

I couldn't keep it up long because he started tickling me and I'm REALLY ticklish!

"Token!" "S-stop!" I said between fits of laughter, but he just kept laughing.

We ended up playing fighting until we became tired from laughing too much.

God, I love him so much, but I can't just say that.
He's just got dumped by HIS love.

Token' POV

God, I love her so much, but I can't just say that. I just got dumped, I'll look like I'm using her or being a player.

I have a perfect idea. It's December.. I'll ask her out at 00:00am on January 1st.

Perfect start to the new year.
