Chapter 11

Laura's POV:
Maia just left, I wonder why. I walk over to everybody. They notice my facial expression and ask what's wrong. "I just wish that we could tell the whole world were dating and not get in trouble or get hate!" I put my head on Ross's shoulder. "I do too!" He puts his hand on my head, stroking my hair. I wipe away one of my tears. Vanessa comes over and hugs me very tightly. "I have to go to set later, do you wanna come?" She asks, trying to distract me from my thoughts. "Since Ross is going to a TBM meeting today I guess so!" I hug back. Raini walks over and offers to reschedule her date with Calum and go with me. "No, it would make me feel better if you guys went on a date!" I look over at Calum and smile. "Are you sure?" She asks. "Positive!" I push her back towards Calum. They walk out holding hands and I grin. Just then Vanessa gets a text and reads it, "No rehearsal today." "That means we can do whatever we want!" I smile. "You guys want to come with us?" Ryland asks. "Aren't you all supposed to go to the meeting today?" I ask. "The meetings at our house this time," Ratliff explains. "You know the place where you guys stuck a sticky note on my head?" Rocky jokes. We all laugh. I look at Vanessa and shrug. "Fine with me!" She says., walking back over to Riker and holding his hand. "And I promise that I won't let him pretend were not dating in my own house!" Ross put his arm around me. I give him a kiss on the cheek. Then we all go over to there house. Within minutes everybody was there. The order around the room was Me, ross, maia, grace, Garrett, John, Chrissie, the director, Ryland, rocky, Ratliff, Riker, Vanessa, then Rydel. The director then said, "I have some big news!" We all looked at him. "We aren't going to announce that you guys are going out!" We all sigh. "You guys just have to act like you like eachother." We all stare at him. "But I just got a girlfriend!" Garrett complains. Grave looks at him, hurt in her eyes. I feel so bad for her! She really likes him. "Well you can date her but make it look like you like grace. And I thought you liked grace?" He responds. "I... Ummm..." He starts. "It's okay Gar!" She fake smiles. Maia pats her back. "Why are we pretending to like eachother again?" Ross asks, putting his arm around me. The director gets up and walks over to us, moving ross arm from around me and putting the other around maia. "It's promoting!" Ross puts it back down and moves me onto his lap. "Isn't teen beach movie over?!?" Ratliff pipes up. "Hopefully well make a second one!" He responds. 'I hope not!' I think. "That wraps it up for now!" The director says. Johny, Chrissy, grace, and Garrett all leave. Maia stays. This is the perfect time to ask her about earlier. "Um, maia, can I..." I get cut off by her saying. "Ross I need to tell you something." "Go ahead!" He smiles. "Actually I need to talk to you in the other room," she says. "Maia can I talk to you first?" I ask. She hesitates, but then nods yes. I wave for Rydel and Vanessa to follow and we all go into rydels room. "Maia, I know something is up. What's wrong?" I put my hand on her shoulder. Maia's POV:
Ummm I just like your boyfriend. Like I'm going to say that! "Ummm, I just miss ramy!" That's true. "You know we're always here for you right?" Delly puts her arm around me. "I know!" I smile. We have a group hug, and I decide that I don't need to tell ross. I can't believe I was going to, especially when he has such a sweet girlfriend!
Rydels POV:
We walk back out and sit where we were. I look over at Ratliff. I can't get over how we woke up. He had his arms around me. But he has a girlfriend. I sigh. "Ell, could I talk to you for a sec?" I stand up, heading to my room, winking at the girls as I do.
Ratliff's POV:
I begin to stand up but rocky and Riker pull me back down. "Jut know that we know you like her!" Riker says. "And if you hurt her we'll break you!" Rocky adds. I gulp, then start walking to rydels room. They've lost it, right?!?
