■ The Golden Valley ■Jhase parks his car, before we all step out, I pull down my tight dress since it was up very high. Amanda on the other hand just got out and continued to type on her phone she's been glued to for an a good twenty minutes.
I close the door she hoped out off and looked over at Ace to see him talking to Jhase, I frown when I can only hear they're mumbles. Why were we here? And why did we have to get dressed up?
"Girls–" Jhase looked over at us, I was one that looked up. "Come on we're going in."
I nod and look back at Ace to see him lighting one of his cigarettes. I breathe in and look away before he saw, "Amanda–" I nudge her. But she still types on her phone, ignoring me. I sigh out. "Amanda we gotta go in, come on."
I try again but she still doesn't listen, before I knew it, her phone was snatched from her hands.
"Hey!" She gives Jhase a glare.
"Enough with the texting– we're here." He grouches at her, which had to be way scarier for me than it was for her. "It can't be that important anyway." He shrugs.
I don't know what was going on with these two, but there was a lot of tenseness in the air. Which I didn't like, "For your information Jhase - it was."
"Oh really? Then who was it then Amanda-"
I walk away from them before I was put in the middle of their argument, I stand next to Ace as he inhale the smoke from his cigarettes. He doesn't say anything, but I knew he was annoyed by Amanda's and Jhase's actions.
I look down and fix my dress up once again, I hated this, I wish I didn't need to wear this dress.
"Stop fixing it-" Ace mumbles, "It's not going to get any better, or to what you want it to look like." he clarifies.
"Why do I have to wear this?" I shrug big as I lean against Jhase's car, giving up.
"Because- you don't want to be out of place now do you Kitten?" He looks down at me for the first time in twenty minutes.
"No." I frown.
"Then stop complaining." But he soon looks away, Jesus, when did he suddenly change his mood? I give up with a sigh, I mentally zip my lips with a lock and throw away the key.
There's no point in talking when no one gives a damn.
"For goodness sake Jhase, she's sick what do you want me to do?!" I hear Amanda shout.
I look around to see them both yelling at each other, really close to one another face, okay they need to sort this out before it gets to bad.
"Amanda.. I know she's sick, but can't you see how she is later on, after this?" Jhase comes back at her, she crosses her arms and gives him a stare.
"Wow-" Her voice lowers, "Just when I thought you fucking cared." She shakes her head, tears filled her eyes. Jhase opens his mouth to say something but Amanda just walks off, crossing the street.
"Amanda!" Jhase shouts, trying to make her stop. But she doesn't listen.
"Good job." Ace looks over him with a sarcastic smirk on his face.
