I was sitting in my room when Caroline walked in.

Me "sup?"

Caroline gave a letter.

Me " The Mikaelsons are throwing a ball? "

Caroline " Are you going?"

Me " this is for you, Care"

Caroline "I don't wanna go"

Me " Well, it's not nice not to go."

Caroline" Then go in my name"

Me " no way "

Caroline " come on, Claire. It's not nice not to go"

She smirked.

I shighed " fine"

Caroline smiled " and I'm chosing your dress"

I laughed " Then hurry. Ball starts in a couple of hours "

Caroline " Then let's go shopping or wait! I will go and suprise you"

I nodded " whatever you want "

She nodded and rushed out.

Later. Night.

I walked inside the Mikaelson mansion. I saw Stefan standing next to Carol. They were talking to a Mikaelson. Kol I think.

I heard a voice behind me " You look absolutely stunning tonight, Love"

I turned around and saw Klaus . I smiled.

Me " Klaus"

Klaus " I thought they invited Caroline?"

Me " She asked me to come instead of her herself. "

He chuckled.

Me " What?"

Klaus " nothing"

Music began to play.

Klaus " can I have this dance ?"

I raised an eyebrow. He held me his hand out.

Klaus " I'm not going to bite you, love"

I shighed and took his hand.

We Bagan to dance. I could feel Damon's look on my back. Throwing daggers at me for dancing with the "enemie".

Klaus put a hand on my lower back. I put a hand on his shoulder and he took my other hand in his.

Klaus "tell me, who turned you"

Me " Why?"

Klaus " just wondering "

Me " maybe another thime"

Then we switched partners.  I got Damon.

Damon " the fact that you are even speaking to him ...."

Me " He's a hybrid. It's not like I wanna die, Damon"

Damon rolled his eyes and looked around " where's Elena?"

We stopped dancing and looked around.

Me " no idea"

He rolled his eyes at me and walked away.

Later.

I was walking into a room. I saw paintings on the table. I walked to it and looked at them. They were beautiful.

Suddenly I heard a voice behind me " You like art?"

I jerked up and saw Klaus.

Me " Yes"

He smirked.

My jaw droped " don't tell me these are yours"

Klaus " They are "

Me " these are beautiful "

Klaus walked to me. He stood right infront of me.

Me " How come that you are you good at it?"

Klaus " i'm good at it because I draw something when I find it beautiful and interesting "

Me " Oh really?"

Klaus nodded.

Me "beautiful and  interesting like what?"

Klaus " Someone like you"

My jaw droped " wait what?"

Klaus smirked " I find you interesting, love"
