(CARTER’S POV)

I walked over to the venue and found Meri.

“Hey, Meerkat,” I said.

“Holy shit! What happened!?” she yelled, pointing to my face.

“Chris did my paint tonight,” I explained.  “Hey, can we play ‘Lost it All” and Screaming tonight?”

“Sure, get your stuff tuned,” she said.  I walked over to my instruments and started to tune.

“Unbroken Outcasts on in five!” our manger yelled.  I walked on stage with the rest of the guys.

“Un-bro-ken Out-casts!” the crowd cheered.  I smiled.

“Alright you mother fuckers, you ready for ran epic show tonight?!” I screamed into the mic.

I then smiled into the mic. 

“Alright guys! This one is for my friend who insisted on me playing my viola tonight! This is-,” I paused as Meri handed me my viola, “lost it all by Black Veil Brides!” I said as we started to play.  Ash was singing it for us because I couldn’t handle it.  It was too emotional for me at the moment.

“I ruled the world.

With these hands I shook the heavens to the ground.

I laid the gods to rest.

I held the key to the kingdom.

Lions guarding castle walls.

Hail the king of death.

Then I lost it all

Dead and broken.

My back's against the wall.

Cut me open.

Because I built these walls to watch them crumbling down.

I was the fear of man.

I couldn't see the world there right in front of me.
