Chapter 10 - Alone

"I'll be okay Jase" I said with a giggle. He sighed.

"I know I know"  he said holding my waist.

Right now Jason and I are standing in the living room waiting for Johnson to come get Jason so they can go on this trip for their mission.

Jason keeps asking if I'll be alright alone for two days, if I need to sleep somewhere else, literally everything. But I honestly will be alright alone. Suddenly, we heard a car horn.

"Alright I love you Angel. Call me when ever you want, but if I don't answer I'm-"

"Doing the work, I know" I finished his sentence since he already said the same thing multiple times before. He chuckled and kissed me. "Call me when you land please"

"I will. Don't worry about me okay?" I nodded and bit on my lip trying to just let him go. "I have to go. I love you baby" he said before kissing me again. He put his sunglasses on with a smirk on his face.

"I love you too. Be safe please" he nodded then kissed my cheek. He opened the front door, grabbed his bag, then ran out.

As he got to the van, I saw Johnson get out and they walked to the back of the van. They looked like they were talking before opening the back of it. Johnson grabbed Jason's bag and started doing stuff with it in the back of the van.

Jason looked at me taking off his glasses. He smirked and winked making me smiled. I waved to him so he did the same then jumped into the van. They drove off and I sighed.

Maybe three days alone will be good for me. I shut the door before more cold air comes in. I'm never without Jason unless I'm at work so this is going to be so weird.

"No" Ryan stated.

"What? Why?" I asked completely confused on why he's saying no.

Right now we are sitting in my kitchen talking about Jason's birthday coming up. I want to have huge party for him. But I guess Ryan's not a fan of that idea.

"Jason wouldn't like it" he says. I make a confused taken back face. He would like it.

"Jason loves parties Ry" I state the obvious.

"Not birthday parties"

"It's a dinner in a private room in the club that he loves. Then we can all party in the club after" I told him. Then sighed.

"I don't know since he came here for less attention so he isn't thrown in jail forever" he said making me sigh too. He's right. I don't know what I was thinking. I just want Jason to have a good birthday. "But maybe we can do something like that. With the gang here, invite Justin, but keep it in a small room then just go party"

"See that's all I'm asking" I said smiling. He playfully rolled his eyes and smiled.

"We better start planning then because we can't do it when Jason's here"

"Yeah that's true. We can also do stuff when I get out of work and we can just hide everything at your house" I suggested. He nodded.

"Sounds like a plan"

I can't wait to do this for Jason. I really hope he likes it. I smiled thinking of how great this will be. I heard Ryan's phone go off making me snap out of my thoughts.

"Alright I have to go, but I'll call you later about this so we can book the place and everything" he said standing up. I nodded. We said goodbye and he walked out. Let's hope Jason will like it. I grabbed my phone from the table as I got up to go the living room. I saw I had a texts from Jason. Shit I forgot my phone was on silent.

Jason: hey babe
Jason: yooooo
Jason: I need your help

Me: what's wrong ??

Jason: nothing I'm just bored

I laughed at him and sighed in relief knowing he's okay.

Me: You scared me fool

Jason: sorry babe I had too I'm sooo bored

Me: aren't you suppose to be working

Jason: yeah but Johnsons doing everything right now. It's nothing serious
Jason: FaceTime?

Instead of answering him back, I FaceTimed him. I saw his hot face come on my phone making me smile.

"Hey" He said softly.

"What are you doing?" I ask even though I see him laying down on a bed.

"Nothing" he complained and groaned. "We don't do anything for another hour or two" he told me. I frowned.

"That sucks. Then go out and get food or something" I told him. He shrugged. I smiled. "You're a handful" he chuckled.

"You're worse than me" he joked. My jaw dropped.

"You're such a liar" I said smiling at him. He smiled back. But before either of us could talk, I heard Johnson in the back ground.

"McCann I found something!" I heard Johnson. Jason sat up quickly.

"Well what is it?" He snapped at Johnson. I heard Johnson talking, but I couldn't make out the words he was saying. A smirk came across Jason's face. "Fuck yeah" his attention came back on me. "I'm sorry Angel I have to go. I'll text you later" he said before hanging up. I put my phone down and stared at the show on tv. I love that man.
