I am only following a bit of the plot in the series, so there may be some different things in this story.
Alain's P.O.V
During breakfast, we talked about each other's lives. I discovered that y/n will also be going to Lumiose city to challenge the gym there and get her 5th badge. I also told Mairin that after the battle, we will also be heading to lumiose city. I wanted to ask y/n to join us in traveling kalos, but it seems y/n is more of an independent trainer and has her pokemon as her companion. I thought it would be good for her to join, for one thing Mairin could stop annoying me, and I may be developing a little crush on y/n. After eating, we headed out to the battle field. y/n's pokemon was still playing outside.
"Are you ready?" y/n asked
"Yes. Charizard, I choose you" I threw charizard's pokeball
"Well then, Absol, front and center" Her absol stopped playing with the other pokemon and ran to the center
"Charizard, fly up"
Charizard roared and flew up
"Absol, jump and use shadow claw"
"Charizard, block it with dragon claw"
Absol leaped and was ready to hit charizard, but charizard deflected it with his dragon claw. Absol fell to the ground.
"Absol, are you ok? *absol roared signalling he was ok* Now use dark pulse"
"Charizard, use dragon pulse"
Both attack were strong leading into an explosion and smoke
"Absol, mega evolve" I heard y/n shout
The smoke disappeared revealing a shiny mega evolved absol.
"Charizard, respond to my heart and mega evolve"
Charizard's wings grew bigger and his color changed. Charizard mega evolved
"Absol, use stone edge"
"Charizard dodge then use flamethrower"
Stone were coming out of the ground, and charizard flew and glided to make sure he wouldn't get hit. Charizard then charged at absol preparing a flamethrower
"Absol dodge then use thuder"
Absol leaped above charizard with the help of his wings and the thuder struck charizard from the sky.
"Charizard get up then use brick break"
"Absol use double team"
When Charizard was about hit absol, but absol multiplied.
"Charizard use flamethrower on all of them"
"Absol use dig"
Charizard used flamethrower on the copies, but the original and other copies were able to dodge it by dig.
"Charizard use earthquake"
"Absol jump up"
The ground began to shake and most of the absols escaped it by flying up
I thought this was the most fun battle I ever had. y/n is a strong opponent and her pokemon are really strong. I noticed how there are more people gathering up to watch our battle. y/n looked like she was have fun. Both of our pokemon were getting tired, but this was not yet the end.
"Charizard use flamethrower"
"Absol use flamethrower too"
Absol and his copies used flamethrower on charizard. Charizard countered it with flamethrower leaving a gust of smoke. When the smoke cleared up there were only 5 absols left.
"Charizard use dragon tail"
"Absol dodge it and use hyper beam"
The absols dodged charizard's dragon tail and attacked it with hyperbeam. Charizard got critically hit. The absols got tired and needed to recharge after that hyper beam.
"Charizard now is the perfect time. Use flamethrower"
"Absol dodge it"
The absols were still recovering and was too slow to dodge. Charizard was able to hit some of them and only leaving one left.
"Charizard use dragon claw"
Finally, the real absol was revealed and now it is easier to attack
"Absol use shadow claw"
Charizard got quicker and hit absol right away. But the absol disappeared.
"What?!?!?" I was completely shocked
"Absol now, and use x-scissor"
The real absol jumped from the ground and critically hit charizard. Charizard was too slow and got hit. Charizard was unable to battle. Both pokemon went back to their normal form.
"Wow.... How?" That was the only thing I could say after our battle
"Oh, when your charizard and my absol used flamethrower and there was smoke everywhere, the real absol hid underground by using dig, only leaving the copies behind" y/n explained
I was in utter awe by her strategy. Charizard recovered and stood up
"That was fun, And you are a strong opponent" y/n went closer to me
"Thanks, you too" I petted my charizard
"Absol...." y/n was interrupted
A salamence flew above us and used hyper beam to us. y/n's absol used protect and protected us. All of the people ran. I then saw a person riding and using some kind of laser hitting y/n pokemon and they were turning into..... STONE?!?!?!

Sorry for the bad writing. I don't know how to write a cool battle scene and you have to settle for this. Sorry for making a bit confusing and bending the rules of pokemon battles.
