Your P.O.V

"Rayquaza" Steven said

I thought Rayquaza was just a legend made by the dragon people. I saw all the researchers panic and took a glimpse of the computer showing high amounts of energy. On the other hand, I saw Lysandre grinning, but that's not important. 

"Charizard, I choose you" Alain shouted

"Metagross, come on out" Steven released his pokemon as well

"Charizard, use mega evolve and use flamethrower" Alain commanded

Charizard turned to its black form and released a strong flamethrower. Mega Rayquaza was faster and dodge the flamethrower. Rayquaza attacked with hyperbeam and practically destroyed half of the ruins.

"Metagross, let's help. Mega evolve and use thunder" Steven said

Metagross mega evolved and attacked rayquaze with thunder. Rayquaza was quick, and especially with this sort of mega evolution, it was stronger and faster.

"Absol, mega evolve and use ice beam" I shouted

Same with the other attacks, rayquaza just dodged it.

All of us kept attacking with our mega evolved pokemon, but rayquaza was filled with rage.I saw rayquaza starting to charge up a draco meteor. It was powerful, it destroyed most of the equipment and injured a some people. I noticed a meteor was about to hit Mairin and Alain.

"Absol, use protect beside Mairin and alain" I commanded "Absol" replied understandingly.

Absol was quick enough to save them from the draco meteor. I was to caught up on looking after my friends, that I didn't notice that a meteor was about to hit me. I was so scared, until I saw the familiar metagross levitate above me and use safeguard, and Steven running towards me.

"Need some help?" Steven said

"Thanks" I replied

The meteor stopped, and metagross stopped using safeguard. The dust cleared up and everyone seemed fine, and not that much injuries. Everything was destroyed. All equipment and all of the research was turned to scrap parts. The shocking part was that the giant stone disappeared. I suddenly felt the dust enter my lungs and started coughing.

"Are you okay?" Steven asked worriedly while patting my back

*coughs**Clears throat*"I'm fine. It's just the dust" I gave a comforting smile and felt a slight warmth in my cheeks.

Absol's P.O.V

I saw my trainer with the champion of Hoenn. I smiled

*Flashback* (The same day as chapter aura, before you called your pokemon to train)

"Do you really think y/n still has a crush on Steven?" Lucario asked

"Well, I don't think she has a crush, crush. It's like you see or you think about someone you liked, you have this nostalgia of them. You recall memories with that person, and feelings starts to spark up" I replied

"Really? Do you remember how they met? Y/n lost traveler in Hoen got lost in the cave, in a stormy night. Walking further the cave, she saw a 'mysterious man' stuck in some hole. She helped him, and magic, they bonded and became friends. Mysterious man explains about the wonders of mega evolution and gives her a megastone. Night is over, and the rain stopped, Mysterious man leaves y/n. Months later, y/n discovers the mystrious man is the hoenn champion. They don't have much memories" Lucario says logically

"Still" I puffed

"Ha, you have to be kidding me. I bet my treats for a week that y/n does not have a crush on him"

"Really? I bet she still does"

We both made the bet, and the bet will expire when y/n gets all eight kalos badges. If we didn't have topic to talk about, we usually talk about y/n's non-existent love life.

*End of Flashback*

Looks like I will win the bet.

Your P.O.V

Steven ran to the other checking up on them. I ran to Mairin and Alain.

"Are you guys fine?" I asked

"We're good. Thanks y/n" Mairin said in an optimistic voice

"Thanks" I heard Alain mutter

I checked on absol, and he turned back to his regular form.

"Thanks bud" I patted absol's head. "Sol" Absol replied

"Are you okay? I saw you almost getting hit by the meteor" Mairin said with concern

"I'm fine. Steven protected me"

I heard Alain huff in the background. Lysandre and a random researcher approached us.

"It looks like rayquaza has acquired strong powers, and has awoken groudon and kyogre." Lysandre said

"But the land and sea pokemon have taken up a stronger form too" The researcher added

"Primal form" I said. I knew this while I was traveling here

Lysandre looked like he was thinking of a plan "The stone has relocated. Our researchers found out that the awoken legendaries will meet and have a battle soon. We will remeet at Rustboro City at Devon Corp. These legends will cause chaos to Hoenn. We will have to go get the stone. I will go talk to Steven" Lysandre said

All three of us nodded. We headed to the helicopter, which was luckily not destroyed. Lysandre, Steven, and a researcher came aboard too. We headed to Rustboro city. While we were going there, I saw Primal groudon with lava following him, approaching in land. Nobody is safe.

Yay another chapter. Do you think these tiny fillers like absol's point of view unnecessary? Do you think the progress is slow? Do you still think y/n has a crush on Steven. It's harder to find Alain pics.
