Alain's P.O.V

"Just getting the 8th badge" Y/n showed us her 8th gym badge.

Mairin hugged her, "OMG. Congrats. Now, we're off to the league."

I was about to hug Y/n.

Your P.O.V

"Oh shoot, he's about to hug me. What should I do?" The thought screamed in my mind. And my heart was beating faster. I did the firs thing that popped in my head. I stuck out my had.

Alain's P.O.V

She just stuck her hand out. I just awkwardly shook it.

"Congrats. You are really a worthy opponent" I said sheepishly

"Thanks" She smiled. I felt my heart beat faster.

"Tell us the story of your gym battle" Mairin said

"Sure. I flew to an area called Pokemon Village----" She got interrupted

"Is Alain here?" Nurse Joy asked

"Yes?" I replied

"There's someone on the phone for you"

"Oh. ok"

"I should go heal my pokemon. I can continue my story later" Y/n said as she went to the counter

"I'm coming with you. Let's go to the cafe later. I'm starving" Mairin shouted as she followed y/n

I sighed, and went to the phone.

*Few minutes later*

I went to the cafe, and I saw Y/n and Mairin seated near the window.

"That's how I got my 8th badge" Y/n

"That's so cool" Mairin awed "Hey Alain. Do you have another mission?"

I seated beside them "Lysandre just wants me to go back to HQ, so they can research on my Charizard's mega evolution."

"Can we come this time?"

"Fine"

"Yes" 

We all ate our dinner, then we went to our rooms.

Your P.O.V

"This is my chance to gather information on Team Flare" I thought.

I began searching for things that I may need. I found my camera, flashdrive, and pokenav.

"I still need a plan though. I can probably distract Lysandre, but who can get the information? Metagross and absol can do it, but they're too big. They might be seen." i thought

I turned around and saw Mairin and Chespie sleeping on the opposite bed.

"Chespie! He can hold my pokeball, then release them when they're in the main room" I planned

I woke up Chespie.

"Hey Chespie. I need your help" I whispered

*Next Day*

Alain's P.O.V

"So, are we walking all the way back to Lumiose City?" Mairin complained

"Lysandre is sending a helicopter to pick us up"

"YES"

The helicopter finally arrived, and we aboard it. Mairin began exploring the helicopter. It was only me me and Y/n. I was right beside her. We spent a long time in silence.
