The Talkative New Student

Seol Na's POV

Today is the 395th day I'm studying in this school and I still have no friends at all.

Actually it's really hard because I have to really pay attention in classes so I don't miss any homework and anything. Or else I will be punished or I will never get to answer any questions from the test.

And yeah, I heard that my class is having a new student.

" I heard the new student is absolutely handsome "

" He's a famous guy "

" I'm so lucky to be classmates with him "

" I hope he sits beside me ! "

" His aegyo is cute toooooo "

" Gosh I saw him this morning "

" AAAAAAAAAAAAA "

Well, that's what the other girls said. I am just listening a bit about him. Those girls are such stalkers. I wonder who is the new student.

Jaemin's POV

I am now going to a new school today so I expect to have many friends.

And now I am stepping into the new class with all the eyes on me. But I guess that's normal.

" Anneonghaseyo, Na Jaemin imnida. You can call me Jaemin or maybe, Nana. I hope everyone are willing to be friends with me. "

I ended my greetings well and noticed there was an empty seat next to a very cold-looking girl. But I admit, she's cute.

Well, that girl really caught my eyes. She has long and straight hair, wears glasses, and wears clothes that are bigger than her. Is this what they call love at first sight ? I guess not yet.

Seol Na's POV

Heol. The new student is amazingly handsome. But I don't think I'll fall for him due to my trauma. Well actually, the trauma is not serious but for me IT IS SERIOUS. You might not want to experience heartbreak . Especially from the ones you REALLY, REALLY loved.

He looked at the empty chair next to me and sits beside me. And that made my heart skipped a beat. Gosh. This is weird.

" Hello , I'm Jaemin "

He's so talkative. Unlike me......

" Err , I'm Seol Na "

Oh my goooooosh. That was the first time in 395 days of school, I'm talking to a student. It felt so awkward, but in a warm way. What does it even mean awkward but warm? *lol*

Jaemin's POV

The way Seol Na answered me is very, very cold. I just couldn't hear her words clearly. It feels like she haven't talked for years.

But I do found she's attractive. The way she looked at me, the way she talks, the way she behaves. OMG. I think she is suitable to be my friend. Probably my bestfriend.

" Hey Seol Na, do you mind to tour me around the school? "

" Ah, su-ure "

Because of my question, this is what I heard from EVERYONE in the class :

" She's poor! Don't be friends with her "

" She might harm you Jaemin "

" It would be nice if you asked me instead "

" Why would you even talked to her? "

And that's when I realized that this girl has a lot of haters. And also, that's when I realized that I have to take care of this girl no matter what.
