H&Q-39

21. Allah is Al-Basit The Reliever

Have We not opened up thy heart,
and lifted from thee the burden that had weighed so heavily on thy back?
And have We not raised thee high in dignity?
And, behold, with every hardship comes ease:
verily, with every hardship comes ease!
Hence, when thou art freed from distress,
remain steadfast, and unto thy Sustainer turn with love.

H&Q-39

1. The Messenger of Allah sallAllahu alaihi wasallam prayed:

"O Lord, grant me Your love, grant me that I love those who love You, grant me that I might do the deeds that win Your love. Make Your love dearer to me than the love of myself, my family and cold water."

[Tirmidhi]

2. The sin which makes you sad and repentant is more liked by Allah Ta'ala, than the good deed which turns you arrogant.

3. More people would learn from there mistakes if they werent so busy denying them.

4. "To seek forgiveness in old age is good but to seek it when young is better."~Hazrat Abu Bakr

5. If someone asks you for forgiveness, forgive them the same way you expect Allah Subhana wa ta'aala to forgive you for your sins.

6. Whoever puts their trust in Allah, Allah will never disappoint them.

7. Worrying about the dunya is a darkness in the heart, while worrying about the akhirah is a light in the heart.

8. We are living in an age where there is more time spent between husband & wifi than husband & wife.

9. Do not be selfish in prayer by just praying for yourself. Pray for others too and stand a better chance of having your own prayers answered. InSha Allah.

10. If Allah Ta'ala created you for this world, then He would have created you without death.

11. That sense of peace and happiness when you pray to the One and Only Lord. :)

12. The beauty of an enduring struggle is that you persevere through it and don’t let it break you. Because in the end, your struggles would have been worth living and you’ll only understand this from the benefits you’ll gradually acquire in the long run. Grow older, grow wiser.

Innallaha ma asabireen, verily, Allah is with the patient.

13. Your not being rejected you are just being redirected to something far greater.

14. Whats destined will reach you even if its deep down in the ocean. What isn't destined for you will not reach you even if it be between your two lips.

15. If you are honest, people may cheat you. Be honest anyway. If you find happiness, people may be jealous. Be happy anyway. The good you do today may be forgotten tomorrow. Do good anyway. Give the world the best you have and it may never be enough. Give your best anyways. For you see, in the end, it is between you and God. It was never between you and them anyway.

16. The Prophet (pbuh) said: “Whoever pretends to be patient (with a desire to be patient), Allah will give him patience.” (Saheeh al Bukhari)

This means that although some people are born patient, the rest of us can learn to be patient.

17. Islam is not a name, it is a way of life!

18. A gem is not polished without friction, nor a human being without trials. So, Allah said, “Give glad tidings of Paradise to those who are patient.” (Surah Baqarah)

19. To expect friends to never make mistakes is like desiring incense without smoke.

20. Your sins are not greater than Allah’s MERCY! For Allah said, “Indeed Allah forgives all sins.”
