"Papi, Mami, guess what," Camila says as she excitedly runs down the stairs the next morning.

"Careful, Mija. You might-" Sinu begins, but i'd cut off by Camila falling face first into the floor on her last step.

"I have a date in two days at 6:30 and it's going to be a-amazing," Camila says, still lying on the ground. Sinu chuckles at the sight of her daughter before helping her stand up.

"We're going to eat at Teds and go s-see Moana. I'm so excited," Camila says as she begins to munch on her bacon.

"That's wonderful, what's his name, sweetie," Ale ask as he moves to grab his cup of coffee.

"Actually-" Camila begins before getting cut off by Ally hopping down the stairs. They all turn to look at her as she comes and steals a piece of bacon off of Sofi's plate.

"Hey," the little one complains before looking to Camila to continue talking.

"It's Lauren, my therapist's daughter," Camila declared and Ale looks as if he might spit his coffee out right there in the kitchen.

"Oh, that's nice honey. I didn't know you were into females," Sinu says as she comes down from being shocked.

"I'm not into anyone, mami. I just like g-girls," Camila says, sounding as confused as ever. The two adults in the room chuckle at Camila's words.

"Come on, Mila. We don't want to be late," Ally says as she walks towards the door, grabbing hers and Camila's bags.

"I could never be late," Camila says as she stuffs the rest of her food in her mouth before getting up.

"Have a good day, sweetie," Sinu says as Camila and Ally begin to walk out of the front door.

"Thank you again for the ride," Camila says before following behind Ally, even though she rides with her every day.

"I'm going on a date in two days at 6:30 to Ted's and Moana," Camila tells Ally even though she already knew all the details. Because Camila already told her, twice, but Ally didn't mind. She loved seeing her cousin happy for something. She just hoped Lauren knew what she was getting into.

----------

"Of course I know what I was getting into when I asked her out, mom," Lauren whispers, careful not to wake Chris up.

"I am not my father, I know how to deal with autism. Matter of fact, I don't mind it at all," Lauren says through gritted teeth before grabbing her bag and walking to her car. She slammed her car door closed as she started her car.

Lauren couldn't believe that her mom thought she didn't know what she was getting into. She knew damn well what she was getting into when she asked Camila out. She wants to get into that with Camila. Camila was different than anyone she'd ever met, and no Lauren wasn't talking about her being on the spectrum. Lauren was talking about how her smile lit up the room, how the way she played with that stupid octopus, how smart she was with the cards, the smooth way her mom led Camila into a date.

That's another thing, Lauren's mom was the one to suggest it in the first place, but now she's worried?

Lauren didn't even realize her thinking took her all the way through the ride to school. Lauren slowly got out of her car, not wanting to have to go in any sooner then she had to. Lauren spotted familiar brown hair with a girl Lauren didn't recognize, she decided that she would rather get out and talk to her in-two-days date.
