I didn't start to breath until I was inches from the ground.

I fell so fast my mind didn't even process any emotions or any thoughts.

It was just too...

Quick.

Too...

Sudden.

And then, as I saw the green lawn rising up to meet my face, I immediately thought:

DAVID PEARSON, WHEN I GET OUT OF THIS ALIVE I AM GOING TO KILL YOU.

But then my smart alec brain reminded me that I was most likely not going to survive. I mean, I had just fallen out of my window. Correction - I was just thrown out of my window. By David. And now, he thought I was going to fly?

Sure, I might have powers, but flight? Really? And of all the times to test this "power", it had to be when David unexpectedly and surprisingly threw me out of my window?

That's pretty much all my brain got through thinking when the ground met me.
