-Mel turns around and walks up to her friend.
Mel: hey what's up?
Sheri: are you coming tomorrow ?
Mel: I don't know Sheri.. Without trying to involve him but we haven't even thought about the fact that Logan might be there.
Sheri: what if? You made it clear now.. he knows that you don't like him anymore.
Mel: he thinks I'm lying.
Sheri: Maybe you should tell him that you and Monty ... you know ..
Mel: are you insane?
Sheri: just an idea..
Mel: he would kill Monty and destroy my life.
Sheri: he already thinks that there is something between you.
Mel: he has no proof. It should stay like that.. whatever you're right. I can't let him control my life. There is just a small chance that he is coming and I'm not staying home because I might see him.
Sheri: thank you.
-Mel hugs Sheri and they walk up to Mels locker, where Zach, Justin and Jess are already standing. They greet each other. Justin and Jess are making out again soon after. Sheri walks away to her locker and Zach talks to Mel.
Zach: Do you know where Monty is ?
Mel: I talked to him earlier.. he wanted to talk to the coach.
Zach: Alright. Are you coming to the party tomorrow?
Mel: It's not a real Party but yes I'm coming.
Zach: at least our parents think it's a party.. what are you going to do when Logan shows up?
Mel: I don't think he will.
Zach: Positive thinking I like it.
Mel: are you still mad at him?
Zach: no
Mel: he slapped you.
Zach: luckily he didn't punch me.
Mel: he should control himself better.. even drunk.
Zach: he was mad.
Mel: not an excuse.
Zach: You really hate him.
Mel: I do.
Zach: come on. We have communication.
-they walk down the hall with Jess and Justin behind them.
